The leave a phone message that they will call you but never do after 5 requests

I called on a weekend and you had an employee that was VERY helpful and he found what I needed at a warehouse. The reason I am giving a 4 star is that after I paid I could not get hold of anyone when I called, and called, and called. All seems well. The refrigerator arrived and is in good shape, but not being able to get phone support was stressful.

Everything was great, until it was not shipped within 5 days. I had to call and found out it was sitting on the dock. Got it 2 days later. Outside of that, all was good. Stay on top of shipping!

Joe Manthey has been nothing but a professional, hard working gentleman. My latest experience with him (owner) was a case in point. I hadn’t realized that the Oasis cabinets were discontinued until it was almost too late. Joe went the extra mile to track down the five pieces I need to complete my outdoor Kitchen. He took the time to call around the country and get other suppliers to ship these five pieces to me, I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend Dreamwood for all your BBQ related needs. He will work with you to your ultimate satisfaction.

Good phone call with salesperson/owner. Product arrived timely. Product had dust inside due to storage and/or transportation, and had small scratches inside which was deemed to be a manufacturing issue and not impact product performance. The salesperson promptly addressed my questions and concerns, Product is working properly and as expected.

I was on a tight deadline when I ordered the refrigerator and ice maker. The customer service was great but the outside shipping company messed up. My order was put on a truck for California instead of Florida. I am still waiting for my order to arrive.

I am a General Contractor. I purchased a fireplace unit. The price was right and shipping was free. The shipment was held up without notification but when I checked on it I recieved an almost immediate response, the issue was resolved and the unit was expedited to my build site in 2 days. The unit was well crated and protected and showed up in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with the way my order was handled and I will look to Dreamwood Living first on my next order.
