Approved my return then made it impossible to complete

Bought a gaming chair that was uncomfortable. Contacted them within their own 30-day return window. First response tried to talk me out of returning, warning me about fees and telling me to disassemble and deliver it to a carrier myself. All of this directly contradicts their published return policy, which promises free door-to-door collection with a prepaid label. After pushing back, they approved the return, then told me to contact DPD myself instead of arranging it as their policy requires. I did. DPD came on the wrong day with no return label because Dowinx never created a valid booking. When I contacted Dowinx again they told me to call DPD again. DPD told me the parcel number doesn't exist on their system and to contact the sender. I have been bounced between them for weeks. My return window has now expired, entirely due to their delays and logistics failures, not anything on my end. Currently disputing the charge with my bank. Would not buy from this company again under any circumstances.

Item is not as described. Back is smaller than described. Chair has a slight incline after assembly which makes this chair just entirely uncomfortable. I DEEPLY REGRET this purchase. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a gaming chair for our son Was a bit sceptical of the quality and also whether the company were even genuine The chair turned up very quickly The quality is absolutely amazing They even added a usb massager, which wasn’t even in the description Highly recommend this company and their superb chairs

AVOID!
AVOID!! Faulty chair which was reported same day as it was delivered. Sent all pictures to evidence as requested and asked them to arrange replacement and collect the faulty chair, they have gone from offering me a 30% refund which I declined to now just ignoring my emails completely. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BUY FROM

Avoid !!
Avoid !!! Absolutely disgusting service. Took money for a chair would not honour advertised price. Then advised all colours out of stock despite still selling them . Held my money . Avoid.

As a gamer and someone who works from…
As a gamer and someone who works from home, I need a comfortable chair. And Dowinx has one of the best and comfortable chairs. I own their EXECUTIVE OFFICE SERIES 66BG and a modular sofa, and both are so comfortable. For the sofa I can sit at the edge of the sofa without it dipping. It keeps its form and shape. And the chair is so aesthetic and comfortable. Plus their customer service is amazing, fast and responsive.

Comfortable chair, good service
As someone who works from home, having a comfortable chair is very important. While I've used chairs from a number of suppliers, I've found that DowinX chairs consistently provide good value for the price, with the chairs being far more durable and comfortable than expected for what they charge. They include features like a footrest, backrest with massage functions, and full recline that I would otherwise struggle to find at this price point, and are overall quite easy to assemble.
