Der Stuhl wackelt nach einigen Wochen
Der Stuhl wackelt nach einigen Wochen. Man muss die Schrauben immer wieder neu hinein drehen, was sich aber zunehmend schwerer tun lässt. Qualität ist so lala. Ich habe den Stuhl nach einem ¾ Jahr reklamieren wollen. Nachdem mir dann nach *mehrfachem* Schildern des Sachverhalts nur geraten wurde, dass ich den Stuhl auseinander bauen und wieder zusammenbauen sollte, habe ich explizit sagen müssen, dass ich den Stuhl nicht mehr gebrauchen kann und mein Geld zurück möchte. Mir wurden dann 40,00€ als Entschädigung oder Ersatzteile angeboten... Habe das Geld gewählt und auch bekommen, aber der Stuhl ist halt trotzdem nicht so gut.

A quality product with quick delivery
A quality product with quick delivery, with great customer service ad a thoughtful exchange. Even though there was an issue with my chair being too low, we came to a solution that I'm happy with.

Took me from 2pm to 5.30 pm to assemble the chair. I was straight up crying towards the end because the instructions are NOT CLEAR at all and some holes were a couple of millimetres off. They should have mentioned it was a two people job. The chair is good, it’s very comfortable but the experience overall was frustrating.

A fuir absolument!
A fuir absolument! Au départ j'étais très contente de recevoir cette chaise car elle correspondait vraiment à la photo, même si le montage n'était pas très évident. J'ai ensuite été réellement déçue parce qu'elle est très inconfortable alors que je l'ai achetée à presque 200 euros. Au bout de 30 minutes c'est insupportable et impossible de s'assoir dessus! Je ne peux pas lancer mes lives Twitch pour le moment à cause de cette chaise. De plus elle m'a créé un problème au Coccyx. J'ai dû aller à l'hopital et faire des examens. Depuis j'ai une gêne permanente au Coccyx à cause de cette chaise lorsque je m'assois ou même quand je suis couchée

Not the best chair I had
The quality of some parts of the chair is very low. After just one month of use, the armrests have dents in spots where I rest my elbows, the foam and the fabric on the seat are wrinkled and deformed, it just looks ugly for just one month of use. If you leave a review they don't like, it most likely won't be published on their website. If I'd pay a full price for this chair, I'd be really angry, still, it wasn't cheap, nearly 100gbp. The only good thing about them is that delivery in the UK is quick.
