The reason I bought the mattress topper…
The reason I bought the mattress topper was due to my current mattress not giving me the back support I need because unfortunately we got a bad investment EVEN ON THE WARRANTY..So I had hoped the topper would help until we can replace our mattress..unfortunately it's not working so I'm stuck..I don't blame Doremo but I am just dissatisfied with the what I hqve.. 🤔

Just as advertised with first night and no pain in hips and shoulders
I was skeptical but with all the good reviews and return policy i decided to order. Fast delivery and easy to unload. I have hip and shoulder pain when sleeping on our old mattress topper. As stated in reviews the first night no pain and so far no pain at night. Yes, i am surprised but pleased with this topper.

I love these products
I love these products. The pillow is perfect for someone with a bad neck & who is prone to headaches. The topper is supportive and it improved my mattress right away. I previously owned a memory foam topper that I had to get rid of because it was hurting my back. This one is perfect.

I appreciate the promptness of delivery for my order of Mattress Topper and Pillow. You guys rock! I absolutely love my Mattress Topper! It is much more comfortable than the mattress I use under the topper. I did not expect it to add that much height to my mattress but that is good! I must mention the pillow I ordered. I am not pleased with it. The firm side is not firm enough for me so I have been using my old pillow, which is 22 years old. I don't know what to do with the pillow I have from you, not sure if it will be used by anyone else. The Mattress Topper is perfect for my back so I want to thank you for that. ❤️❤️❤️

Topper is too hot when sleeping
Topper is too hot when sleeping. I have tried other foam toppers in the past and thought this time from the demo the air would circulate, but it didn't. So I will be contacting Dormeo to return.

We recommend checking that all layers of sheets, protectors etc. used on your bed are made from a breathable material such as cotton or bamboo, as this will allow the Octaspring technology to work its best.

I am not sure it was a good buy for…
I am not sure it was a good buy for me.my back has been bothering me since getting my dormer. Hope it is just it might be an adjustment to the mattress.

Please note that it's not unusual for it take up to 30 days to adapt to sleeping on a new surface. The topper often feels firmer at first, but if you still have any concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team.
