Very disappointed in product. Over priced for purpose intended. Has not helped my back or shoulder pain. Free returns are a scam. If you return items you are charged $ 35.00 return shipping fee. Once again over priced over rated !

We don't ask that items are returned if you're unsatisfied, instead providing a refund for items donation or appropriately recycled, so that you can try it in the comfort of your own home for up to 100 nights from delivery.

Topper is too hot when sleeping. I have tried other foam toppers in the past and thought this time from the demo the air would circulate, but it didn't. So I will be contacting Dormeo to return.

We recommend checking that all layers of sheets, protectors etc. used on your bed are made from a breathable material such as cotton or bamboo, as this will allow the Octaspring technology to work its best.

It started great with customer service BEFORE you have a problem, then it goes downhill like a rollercoaster. The topper cover was bunching up, so we unzipped it (BIG MISTAKE). The actual topper had indents on one side, yellowing. We are not big people, and we didn't cause the yellowing/indents. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Had to take a gazillion photos of the mattress cover, topper, our mattress which is not sinking in ANYWHERE, and Dormeo claimed it was by having us put a broom across our mattress & send more photos. Then we couldn't get the topper cover back on because the cheap plastic zipper was defective. Went through BBB; they really didn't do anything & never followed through when I told them not to close the case. They ended up closing the case. Then I had to go to the District manager of Dormeo to even send us a replacement for the defective cover after they refused to replace the topper which was only about 5 months old. They only decided to replace the cover (not the topper) because I threatened to go to Wisconsin's Consumer Protection. This cover is now already bunching up. *As far as what Dormeo replied to this, just not true. Who gets a yellowed, indented in areas topper that was not quite 5 months old....KNOWING the yellowing & indentations were not caused by us? I don't know WHERE or HOW they store these 'new' toppers before shipping out to a customer, but that's not normal, and then to claim the customer did it is purely unethical. I supplied more photos than I can even remember via email, and yet they continued to ask for more. They chose to ignore the defects that were obvious in the photos. This was a complete waste of my time. I honestly wonder and doubt if this company ever refunds/replaces anyone's topper.

We assess any potential defects in detail, and to help make the process as easy as possible, we ask that images are provided by email rather than requiring you to return the item to us. While we did not identify any defects with the topper, we provided a replacement cover as there was some concern about the zipper. We stand behind the quality of our products and have a 98.2% warranty approval rate as long as proof of purchase and pictures are provided.

The foam coils do not seem to bounce back as advertised. Also,the cooling not as advertised.

Thank you for your review. Our patented Octaspring technology is designed with cooling airflow in mind, as well as better support than regular memory foam. We recommend checking that any sheets or protectors over the topper are made from breathable materials such as cotton or bamboo, otherwise it can limit the effectiveness of your topper. The topper will return to its original thickness quickly, but we recommend lifting the topper and checking if any impressions might be from the mattress underneath, rather than the topper. This can be the case for pillow top mattresses or older bases that lack the necessary support.
