You advertised it was a cooling topper…
You advertised it was a cooling topper but it retains my body heat. You also advertised free shipping and I was charged $35. How do I return your product and get a full refund? Do I have to pay to ship it back? I was very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. Please note that your order received free shipping as shown in the discounts section of your order confirmation email. We recommend checking that all layers of sheets, protectors etc. used on your bed are made from a breathable material such as cotton or bamboo, as this will allow the Octaspring technology to work its best. For opened products, we don't ask that you return the topper, and we can provide a refund for products donated to charity or appropriately recycled. King mattress topper…
my wife and I had been debating about purchasing the mattress topper for a year or so. The latex topper we had would slide on the bed and we'd sink into it and If one of us moved the other would feel it. After only one night both of us agreed we should have bought this a long time ago. Both of us have slept much better and there isn't any movement or sliding from the topper. After almost a month we are very happy with our purchase.

First order was lost in FedEx hands
First order was lost in FedEx hands. Which surely I'm not the only one that has issues with FedEx. I had to contact FedEx myself before Dormeo would. Shipment was never found. With me recovering from back surgery I was looking forward to getting it. After the headache from not getting it I wasn't enthused anymore. I asked for a discount for my troubles and they said they couldn't with it being on sale. When something cost almost $500 on sale surely they could have done like 3% or 5%. Or even throw in free shipping. If you order use extreme caution.
