Delivery looked like it was kicked off the truck. Box badly damaged. It was about 1/4 mile down our road from the street. Needed to go another 1/4 mile to get it to the house. Zipper on cover will not completely close. Faulty zipper or damaged when dropped off truck?

CRIMINALS, THIEVES AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!!! I wanted to try this product and called them direct after a TV promotion. $20 to test in out.I gave them a CC # for the $20. It was declined. I knew how much availability I had. They don't tell you but they get a pending approval for the entire amount. I gave them another card #. Within a few hours there was a charge for $17 on the 1st card and a charge for $ 267 on the 2nd card. This company is in Mexico. The fraudulent charges were from Mexico.I contacted the company about the fraud. They didn"t care.The product is inferior and I wanted to return it. They told me to donate it. Since I had to replace cards, they couldn't charge the$ 341 they wanted to. I sent them an email telling them DO NOT CHARGE MY CARDS. They sent me emails in spanish and charged my card anyway. I don't speak spanish. It's not a whodunit when the company and fraud are both from Mexico. Terrible experience!

The pillow topper does not support my hips and lower back. I still wake up in pain.
