Your mattress topper poked me and caused me more pain. It did not help and I had to go in the hospital for major surgery and could not adhere to the 100 nights policy. I just want a refund. Not a replacement that will not help because of the way it is made. You are giving people false advertising and I will make sure my 259K followers on Facebook know about this product. What you are doing is not right. Especially to senior citizens. I even offered to take off $100 from the original price i paid. I hope you reconsider as my small refund compared to thousands of people knowing the truth about your terrible business practices.

I originally bought a king size Dormeo mattress in 2013 after trying out numerous floor models and determined it was the most comfortable. I was replacine a tempurpedic. I still use the Dormeo and though it is 13 years old it is as good as the day I bought it. I purchased a queen size Dormeo topper in 2019 when i downsized and gave my daughter my king sized mattress. At 77, I spend a major part of my day in bed but my Dormeo topper is still amazing. I believe Dormeo is around the very best mattress/toppers available.

I've had a Dormeo Topper on my queen size bed for almost 6 months. Before I put it on my bed, I seriously debated trashing the mattress. But, I figured if I can squeeze a few more months out of this mattress, I'll try it. Now, every time I lie down I say "Oh Yeah!" out loud. It's sooo comfortable! This topper is still going strong after 7 months next week. Rotating it is essential & when I do, it's like sleeping on a cloud! I haven't had morning back pain in so long I have gratefully forgotten how hard it used just to get out of bed. Trust me! The Dormeo Topper is worth every penny you pay for it!

I ordered a queen size dormer and received a twin size.I talked to a lady and she advised me that I should donate it and order the size I ordered.She told me that she could not return it because it had been opened.i ask her how I could send her pictures and the measurements of my mattress.i never received any help to let me send what she requested.if this is the way Dormeo treats people I just want a refund and I will send the twin size back.

The mattress seems to generate a lot of heat. Wakes me up at night hot and sweaty.

Comfortable topper. I really can't believe I paid that much for a topper, but I do get a good nights sleep laying on it. My hubby and both weigh over 200 lbs and we don't seem to sleep in a hole. My hubby really likes it.

I love my Dormeo. I have been sleeping so much better. Great product.
