Donner Music UK should be avoided at all costs. This is a company that does not follow the rules of internet trading and has appalling service. There is no way to telephone them, quote:"The current hotline is temporarily suspended, and we expect it to resume in May." What rubbish! Emails go unanswered most of the time and I have personally found their product advertising false/fraudulent. Go else where!

I have ordered a piano. however later during the day i was gifted a piano by my wife, so didn't need it anymore. I have contacted the CX. Firstly Phone doesn't work and no chance to contact them. Then i sent about 50 emails already to the only way of contacting them. And ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not even acknowledgment, that they have received it! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely horrible. So they sent it regardless. Now i still can't get any contact from them for a whole week!! The issue was dealt with in the end, and I got a free stool out of it, which was a pleasant surprise. Changing to 3 stars still, as the process was subpar and caused me a lot of stress.

**UPDATE** This company has now had my return in their possession since January 30th. On Feb 7th they emailed me and promised I would receive my refund in 8-15 business days. It's been 6 weeks since my refund was promised, and still NOTHING! This company is an absolute joke! BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased the hush guitar, but it wasn't suited to my needs. I requested the return info, but their "customer service" failed to provide me with that information for well over a months time. It wasn't until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau that they actually provided the return address. The guitar has now been in their possession for over a week (I paid for tracking, as my trust is completely lost in this company) and nobody will confirm receipt of it, let alone provided my refund. I've sent multiple emails, but still, crickets. This has now been MONTHS that I've been trying to get my return completed. Weeks would go by with ZERO response to my chain of emails. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for the return out of my own pocket, so now I'm out that $. This company is absolutely terrible. Customer service is non existent. I would give zero ☆'s if that was an option.

Après avoir retournée une guitare éléctrique, aucune réponse du service client après avoir confirmé la réception. Impossible d'obtenir le remboursement malgré plusieurs relances. A fuir.

Tragici, servizio inesistente. Piano ordinato a novembre, mi è stato consegnato dopo un mese il modello sbagliato (che costava 200 euro in meno di quello pagato); dopo milioni di mail (in realtà di contatto su FB) mi hanno inviato quello giusto. Sono ancora in attesa che si vengano a ritirare quello mandatomi per errore…

UPDATED: IT WAS UPS NOT DONNER THE PROBLEM. UPS NEVER UPDATED THE TRACKING - THE PIANO ARRIVED OUT OF NOWHERE TODAY. From Label creation to delivered. Donner was pretty 'meh' in email but they did send the piano as they told me. original review below I will update this review if my problem is resolve! But I order a piano from Donner Canada late jan 2024 and I got the email from them saying my order status was fulfilled and shipped. I got a tracking number but the tracking never updated beyond 'Creating label'. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into it. - What is there to look into ? Did you send the piano or not? - Anyway waiting for them to respond again and waiting while my money is gone - I wanted to give Donner a chance. I DID READ ALL you guys here comments before buying from them - i told myself it must be bc you are far away (warehouse of donner is 7 hours away by car) - lol well.. I WILL update the 1 star to higher score if resolve correctly by refund or proper shipping within 48 hours. if not - expect hell.

We bought a digital piano as a Christmas present. We found one of the speakers did not work. Initially, Donner was helpful: the helpline confirmed it would provide a refund and emailed to that effect. However, the refund has never arrived. Donner hasn’t acknowledged or responded to any of our subsequent emails (we have used both service support addresses after Donner changed its domain and contact details in January). Donner has also stopped its UK call centre so there is no means to make contact other than email, which they ignore. We are left with ~£300 of debt and a broken piano. Please avoid Donner. UPDATE: since posting this Donner has made contact and has paid a full refund. It has still been a frustrating experience albeit now with a happy ending. Proceed with caution rather than avoid.

Once Donner replied they were helpful. The digital piano was swiftly replaced once we had answered a few questions, tried a few things and sent a video. They have said we can donate the faulty one somewhere so an old folks home will probably be delighted. There was no nonsense of having the first one back to look at before replacing it. Now we have one without buzz and are enjoying it.
