DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

I just bought some guitar pedals and work pretty well. Great affordable.

This company advertised a microphone set for a ridiculous price. I paid for it 4 months ago. They kept telling me that it was out of stock and that they would send it once back in stock. 4 months later they won't respond and now shut down my account. This company is nothing but a bunch of sinister nefarious crooks! Avoid this company at all costs. Update: 1.10.22 The company just replied to this review on here saying to email them and they'll square things up. That's another lie. They said the exact same thing 3 months ago. They stated in the email they want me to confirm my address and they'll send a substitute. Just lip service. Until now I email them and no response and no item that I ordered. I even emailed them last week, nothing. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this overseas company that thinks they are not accountable to U.S. customers or U.S. trade laws.

ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY… ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their idea of customer service is to return an email 4-5 days later - every time you need to ask a question to the inadequate responses. You simply cannot connect with anyone who responds in a reasonable timeframe. They make logistics issues the customers and offer no assistance. I am shocked that a company with service this poor is allowed to operate in Australia.

Guitare commandée le 29 novembre et le 24 décembre toujours rien reçu. Paiement encaissé. Pas de réponse aux mails . Je ne recommande pas ce site

Do not buy from this company. Had apparently run out of stock of a particular keyboard but insisted that we purchase something else. When we stated we wanted a refund they said it would take 2-3 weeks. We had to escalate it through PayPal, who refunded us. No doubt they are still trying to recoup their money.

What a HORRIBLE consumer experience. I accidentally ordered 2 electronic drum sets. Immediately emailed them to request cancellation of the first order, and opened a ticket through whatever ticketing service they use on their website. The ignored my emails, sent both drum kits and charged me for both and now will not reply or respond to emails. There are literally dozens of other companies to use for an electronic drum set and I recommend you use ANY of them but Donner.

I ordered a guitar tuner on Nov 30th , it’s now Dec 19th and no item , no confirmation of shipping and NO reply to emails. DO NOT buy from this company, in my view they are SCAMMERS
