Where to start? I’ve struggled with ADHD for most of my adult life but decided to get off medication to get pregnant. Since, I’ve had a lot of major life changes and was really starting to feel the effects of no longer being medicated. I moved across state lines and needed to find a new doctor but between my work schedule and being a mom of 2, it was nearly impossible to find somewhere that I didn’t have to take a vacation day for. I love how easy it is to make an appointment, consult with your therapist and also be engaged in your care. This is the future of healthcare and it is so awesome to see that mental health now has options!

Let me begin with the positives…the concept of this company is fantastic and when in a pinch after my previous provider of 10+ years retired and couldn’t find a new local provider in time for refills. Initially, I raved to everyone I met about this service, as it was prompt and I had not ran into issues and I felt like the online providers truly listened to my concerns and were willing to help. Now for the twist….two months ago, my provider was no longer available with zero explanation given. I should have taken this as a red flag but I didn’t. At this time I wasn’t able to get responses via the portal and only found out she was no longer with Done when I attempted to schedule an appointment with her. I was set up with a new provider that was great, so I continued the service yet again. She worked with me to adjust my meds and my pharmacy and all was great again…until it was time for a refill. I received a notification from my old pharmacy that I had medication ready to pickup…the WRONG medications. When the notification was received I was already a few days late for a refill. I have now been attempting to get this fixed with support for over a week. This was “escalated” THREE days ago and still don’t have an answer. Not to mention that my subscription was recently paused due to an issue with my FSA account card, my initial request for assistance getting my Rx straightened out was met with being told I needed to update my payment method and reinstate my membership before they could assist me. Between that and the fact that the company seems to be lackadaisical in regards to mental health proves that they are only focused on the financial aspect of having clients and are not in the business because they actually want to help others. I may reinstate my membership in the future, but only after this issue gets resolved and only if I am not able to find another provider ASAP.

The service was easier than I expected. I was able to pick from appointment the day after I signed up for the service through the following week. The service sent me reminders to ensure I didn't forget what time and date I scheduled. All of the doctors notes were sent to my Done account so I could review them if I needed to. This service saves time scheduling and driving to a typical doctor's appointment.

I am very pleased with both the practitioner and Done's support staff. My practitioner is welcoming, non-judgmental and responsive to my particular needs.--this extends to financial concerns when approaching proper treatment. The Done support staff has met every inquiry and request in an unexpectedly short amount of time. They have made the process smooth for me as a new client/patient. I am confident I can reach out to them with questions or concerns and they will facilitate and expedite on my behalf. I would recommend Done to everyone that needs this type of professional care. (I don't often write reviews, but I don't often find this level of service and professionalism.)

The service is quick convenient and the providers are helpful. I haven't had a pressing issue in between appointments so I can't comment on the response time . It was 3 days on a basic communication. It took two providers to find the one I felt comfortable with, and felt like we where on the same page. It's so much easier to seek mental health stuff online at first. I personally would just suffer if I had to meet a new doctor in person and talk about my problems mentally or personally. I can honestly say I'd see the providers I have in person if needed now that the first ones are done.

I was skeptical on the service but my initial setup appointment and follow up have been great. My prescription was delivered to my door within a few days of speaking with my wonderful clinician, and I was immediately able to schedule my follow up appointment. This has been great with my busy schedule as everything seems streamlined so far.
