I’ve had an amazing experience with done compared to any other psychiatrist that I’ve been with! I feel heard and understood for once in my life! Would highly recommend! They have literally changed my entire life for the 100% better!

Excellent service providing the convenience and treatment I was seeking. Initial appointment was set out several weeks but once I was able to meet with a provider via video call it has been exceptional service and treatment!

For the first time in my adult life I feel like a normal person. My wife and children have noticed the change in me and the quality of our life. Anxiety, depression, procrastination, hyper fixation, hyper disconnection, etc all have been dramatically reduced and I feel I can actually progress with less stress. And it’s all because someone finally took the time to listen to me and help me figure out what was affecting my life. It took a few months to get used the the payments but it’s worth it. And not only is my clinician amazing but the customer service has been top tier. And that’s saying a lot these days.

I was extremely nervous to get help since I never have before. It was really difficult to find an available provider who didn’t have a long wait time until I found Done. DONE made it extremely easy to get care and speak with a professional who actually listened to me and wanted to help. I got my medication the same day after speaking with my provider. It’s also easy to message my provider and book another appointment.

This has been a life saver. It was easy to get an appointment. My provider has been great! She was very easy to talk to. I love being able to just send her a message when needed or just send a request for my refill and it’s done! (No pun intended) This is a great service and I would recommend it to everyone.

The team at Done was incredible, they were extremely resourceful and connected me to a doctor who was so helpful and had so many people to work around my busy schedule. Anytime I needed something or had a question they responded very quick! I am very happy and appreciate of Done and Dr Cruz!

My experience have been nothing short of spectacular. My sessions are quick and to the point, no nonsense and honest. When I suggest I may need a different dose of medication, I feel like I'm taken seriously. I've had pharmacy issues, and Done has always done their best to accommodate. That's really all that needs to be said. They listen without wasting your time, and they're LEGIT.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Done. The Dr. that I work with has been very kind from my first appointment onward. He takes the time to listen and never judges. I would recommend to other over and over again!
