Absolutely worth it! My doctor was amazing. She was patient and listened to me, and respected how we'll I know myself. I have had ADHD my whole life. I've been on the same medication, and it's the only thing that works for me. Seeing a shrink once a month and paying a fortune for them basically writing a script, does not have to be the way you get the treatment you need. Check these guys out immediately if you have ADHD. You'll be so glad you did!

It's hard to even put into words how helpful this service has been! I've had an adhd diagnosis my whole life, however I live in a very small area and we don't have access to affordable or timely psychiatry. My practitioner was so kind, and completely judgement free. She made me feel welcome, heard, understood and most importantly treated my ADHD in a way that I was comfortable with and would help my individual issues and needs. Having access to a service like this is truly life changing. I am finally capable of staying on task and functioning as a normal adult. I wish I had had access to this my whole life. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have issues they have made it abundantly clear they are here to help us, and they are not a profit above patient facility.

My practitioner has done an excellent job confirming my diagnosis. I appreciate her listening skills and ability to dial in on how to best assist. She’s been wonderful. In addition, the customer service team has responded quickly and followed through perfectly when their help was needed.

I have been seeing my doctor for years about my symptoms and she always wanted to treat me for anxiety and depression. I knew it was something more than that so I found done. After one appointment and listening I received my diagnosis and we started a care plan. Now that I am on the proper medication, it has been a game changer.

My first appointment was great. My provider was on time and she was very easy to talk to, and I didn't feel like I was being judged at all! It was a very smooth process and I actually got my prescription the same day! It's been amazing getting my ADHD symptoms under control for the first time since I was a teenager. The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is because I'm pretty disappointed with the patient portal and the refill request feature. My first refill is due tomorrow, and I wasn't able to request a refill until late last night at about 9:00 PM, at first I didn't think it would be a big deal, until I got the text from DONE that says "It may take up to 3 business days to process your refill request" So now I'm worried I won't get my refill until late next week because I wasn't able to put my refill request in until late Friday night. I just think we should be able to request a refill at least a few days before our medication runs out so we don't have to worry about running out. If it wasn't for this hiccup, I'd give DONE a 5 star rating. This is the only issue I've had so far. Update: Changing my review to 5 stars as I just found it was a glitch that didn't allow me to request a refill in time. The DONE support team just called me to get it worked out, without me even reaching out to them, first. And I've noticed the DONE Care Team are always fast at responding to any of my concerns. Everytime I've emailed the Care Team I've got a response within 15 minutes. So glad I got this worked out because getting my ADHD under control has been amazing for me. Thank you to DONE and my provider Rebecca McKeeth for all the help!

They made it easy and comfortable to talk to your counselor. The process was straightforward and quick. I had follow up questions the next day and I was able to use a chat on my account to get a quick response.

The doctor I had through Done was wonderful. Between working, going to school, and Covid the ability to see a doctor via Zoom is wonderful. I felt like I was listened to by a doctor who was caring and compassionate without making me feel rushed.
