The service has been excellent! I was able to speak with a doctor and have my questions answered and we worked on a plan of action to help with my ADHD. I have sent a question in after the first visit and had an answer within a few hours. I am very happy with DONE.

Excellent experience so far. Really impressed with the care that's been shown to me by the customer service team and the care provider. My appointment with the doctor was a breath of fresh air, even when I was the one who was ten minutes late (whoops!). He listened to me without judging, was very friendly and was really honest with my diagnosis. Since using Done I'm finally feeling calm and my work habits and relationships have improved. Starting to feel like I'm moving toward my best self. Only issue is that it took a while for the pharmacy to get approval to fill the prescription.

A refreshingly straight forward and helpful experience. Every interaction with the company was positive and things couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommended.

Hello! My experience so far has been pretty great! The only hiccup I did have was in the beginning when I had scheduled an appointment. My original appointment was canceled on me, then was rescheduled and then rescheduled again. I did have to wait a few additional weeks from my original appointment, and almost canceled the whole thing all together. When I did have my appointment, my Physician was wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and was really easy to open up to. I was able to get my prescription later that day and it really has been a life changer!

It was extremely easy to sign up and get an appointment. I was previously diagnosed with ADHD, and the provider I saw listened to what I said about my prior experiences with medication, and we came up with a treatment plan accordingly. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately so I was able to pick it up the same day. Done also followed up with me afterward to make sure I was happy with the whole experience.

For the first time, I feel heard. I’m a 38 year old woman and I’ve been struggling with ADHD symptoms my entire life - not realizing what they were. Over the past 3 years, I’ve continually brought up my concerns to my Primary Care doctor and my gynecologist, but my concerns were brushed off. My first appointment was the longest time a doctor has ever spent listening to me. My follow-up appointments have also been professional and I have left feeling heard. These professionals are top-notch and clearly invested in LISTENING and HELPING. Since receiving my ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan, my life has improved very much; I’ve been promoted at work, my kids make comments daily about how clean the house is, and my bills are finally paid on time! Done is an incredible service and I’m very thankful for it.

Definitely very hard to get an appointment set and get it to actually it to stick and have to meet with the company doctor. But once I didn’t get the appointment it was great and Dr is super nice

I was hesitant to try Done based on some of the negative reviews. However, I am so beyond relieved that I did. I was desperate. Over the last 20 years I had been prescribed so any different anti depressants and anxiety meds that never helped me feel any better (sometimes I felt even worse). I had given up. I never felt heard or taken seriously when trying to figure out why my whole life I never felt "normal" and I legit felt like my brain was broken. My Done provider listened to me and helped me understand myself better. I tried a new medication reluctantly, but much to my surprise, it has literally been a life saver. I finally feel like a "normal", productive, balanced human being. I've been using Done for almost a year now. My provider is very responsive and timely. He also is very thorough and transparent which I appreciate. I've never had issues getting a response or having a prescription refilled. I've even had Done reach out to me a few times to touch base and make sure everything was going smoothly. I think it's unfortunate some people do not have the same experience as me. Maybe it varies based on location, provider , or each individuals ability to navigate the website (it can seem tricky if you not read all the instructions or what to expect). Or perhaps Done has worked through some hiccups that come with being a new business. I can't say for sure, but all I know is now I'm living a life that feels worth living. I'm forever grateful to finally have figured out what my issues have been my whole life and to get a handle on treating it!! Thank you!
