My appointment was cancelled by Done without my consent. The new time does not work for me, so I tried to reschedule a meeting and they asked me to pay another $99. So technically they robbed me $99 for no service.

Updated on 5/18/23: Since posting on Trust Pilot I was able to get all of my problems resolved. I'll continue to monitor the situation and post updates for those interested. Original review on 5/1/23: Horrible customer service. I have been trying to speak with my doctor for a week now and am unable to get an appointment. I stopped taking my meds a week ago due to bad side effects and have been desperately trying to get in touch with them so I can try a different med. I feel completely taken advantage of and abandoned as a patient. I'm not sure how this is even legal. They have plenty of availability and respond right away when they take the first $200 appointment fee from you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE save your money and go to a reputable doctor. They are clearly only in this for money and do not care about their patients.

Waste of time and money. There isn't even a way to cancel membership on their site. This experience has left me frustrated and discouraged. I feel taken advantage of. I really wish I had read reviews before trying this service. Oh and they apparently can't send prescriptions to most pharmacies.

My doctor was engaged and responsive. He dealt with minor pharmacy issues quickly. This service is as-good or better than any in-person doctor that I’ve seen.

Their customer service is the most stubborn and least helpful I've ever dealt with. They take advantage of the very thing they treat. Impulsively signed up and canceled the appointment within 30 minutes and they were not willing to refund the $200. Unbelievable that their business thrives on the weakness of their patients, exhibiting ADHD symptoms such as impulsivity. No phone number, and takes days to respond to emails.

All fees for months of no service were returned after persistent follow-up from the caring customer service representative. Thank you for taking the time to follow up with me regarding this concern. I wish that what seemed common sense to me, from a customer service perspective, didn't take a review like this to accomplish, but I am glad that they did the right thing in the end. The remedy for this would be for the Done Providers to have a customer service rep manage care of patient accounts when we move out of the Done service area, making sure we avoid fees. I was using Done and could not get my medication in a timely manner because the physical address of my provider was in a different state than the one where he was licensed and providing care for me. The pharmacies required that I personally go through intricate steps to get the providers to verify the prescriptions which was ridiculous considering the condition being treated. In January of 2023, I notified Done that I was moving to another state. They replied that they do not provide care in my new state. I said I would find another provider. They continued to bill me although they knew they couldn’t provide care for me. When I discovered they were still billing me and asked them to refund the monthly rate back to the month I informed them I was moving, they refunded only the last month they billed and they still owe me for three months. When I asked again, their answer was that “Due to our policy we won’t be refunding you the remaining months”… The policy states: “We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.” So, they just don’t want to return the $225 they charged for services not rendered, the money I need for food, etc. This should be illegal, especially for a company managing patient care for those with ADA-protected disabilities.

I’m less than one month into using Done. The whole process has been really easy, almost felt too easy. I thought it was odd how quickly my provider wrote up a prescription. I didn’t necessarily want to just straight to using drugs to help but it has.

I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and from the comfort of my home. My provider was thorough in her analysis and answered all of my questions/concerns. I was also able to chat with her afterwards with questions I had about my medication.
