My initial experiences were challenging regarding the initial diagnosis as many of my clinical signs were not apparent until I was an adult. There was a bit of back and forth initially but I was able to have a couple of assessments that I felt were appropriate (I was escalated from a NP to a MD). We discussed the pros/cons of the different medications. We also discussed the challenges of sourcing some of the medications (nationwide problem). This was part of the decision making in regards to the selection of the type that I am currently on. I have been able to refill with minimal difficulty (I will message a couple days prior to running out) and have been utilizing Costco with no problems so far. I also utilize a therapist (separate from Done) so management of the anxiety and other executive functioning issues that I have, I am able to discuss with another provider. Bottom line. It was very helpful to be able to go through the assessment piece and talk through it with the knowledgeable providers. I have not had any hiccups with my medications or getting refills. Reading other folks experiences, I am sure the nationwide shortage of the medications is contributing to some of the reviewers on here's frustration.

I knew I had ADHD but didn't know how to get help and treatment. Going to regular doctors is a nightmare but I am so glad I found Done. I talked to a counselor and got myself diagnosed as well as started on treatment. The counselor allowed me to choose the medication and gave me the resources to manage ADHD. They also helped me switch medicines and find out which combination worked best for me. This service is a godsend for people who just want to get started with medication and help themselves. A quick video call means I don't have to spend a whole day at the doctor's. I have seen tremendous transformation in my life since discovering and treating my ADHD at 32 years of age. And I have Done to thank for it!

I enjoy this service. I am able to get my adhd medication prescribed over zoom and only meet with my doctor once a month. I was started on a non stimulant adhd medication but when my side effects were unbearable my doctor helped me find the correct dosage of a stimulant medication. There are always appointments available for my busy schedule and the process is simply to get started. My doctor is friendly and helpful.

I have only had a positive experience with this company! I filled out the assessment, booked my appointment, had my zoom consultation (had a great and insightful conversation with Dr. Cain!). They sent my script to the pharmacy and I had no issues whatsoever. All-in-all I had a wonderful experience, and additionally have found the text support from their care team to be extremely convenient! Thanks again Done!

The appointment was very easy, cheap, and I received my prescription in the next three to four days. My doctor was wonderful. I will be using this service again.
