If there was a 0 star I’d put right away !! Zero customer service, I rented a car for two months, I started having an issue with battery and engine couldn’t turn on, when I requested to come and check the car, it took them too long, they don’t respond, and they don’t even care about you ! Avoid this company at all cost

They will drain your AED 1,000 deposit with unjustified fines, such as alleged overspeeding, even when there's no evidence or official ticket in the system.

Extremely dangerous experience. I rented a car from this company today, and it nearly cost me my life. As I was driving, I immediately noticed something was wrong — the car was shaking and moving back and forth. Later, I saw smoke coming from the back of the vehicle. I had to stop at a petrol station, where they informed me that there was a serious coolant issue and a major leakage. I was told that if I had driven just two more minutes, the car could have exploded. This level of negligence is unacceptable. It’s clear that this car had not been properly maintained or inspected before being handed over to a customer. Renting out a car in this condition is beyond irresponsible — it’s dangerous. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Your safety is worth more. Stay away

Illegal charges applied by Dollar UAE. No option to provide evidence against the illegal car rental charges made as they completely shut you out. We wish we had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before doing business with Dollar UAE. We do not want anyone else to have their holiday ruined in the way ours was ruined, so if anyone knows the UAE court system please let us know. The Dubai and UAE government must act to protect consumers so they keep returning to the country.

Two occasions same month. I will never rent from them again. 1- booked a car for one week from 20:30-20:30 they happened to deliver the car early. then come picked up the car on time then charged me one day for their own short coming. noway to reason with them. useless customer service and they never reply to emails dispuring what happened. 2- this the worst. they made up a fine that doesn't exist and no matter how much i contact them to get the details they just dont have it they just put you have travel violation of 575 and no further details. went to Dubai police who said the fine doesn't exist. when I told them this by email they never reply. I will dispute any transaction taken from my account. and not only that will file complaint against at consumer protection.

Do not trust this company. First had problems with the car. Finally gave it back and thought headache was done. Two months down the line nearly £700 ( about 3500 dirhams ) has been taken out my account without me noticing. I’ve now been getting charged on my credit card and it’s now been a week. Someone gave me a phone call two days ago saying the money will be back in your account with 24/48 hours. It’s been over 48 and all that’s happened is I got charged with interest. Why the money got taken out my account you may ask, because they charged my card for the wrong car and thought I probably wouldn’t notice when my agreement ended with them 2 Months down the line. I’ve still not got the money back and all I keep hearing is ill raise the issue, don’t think nothings been raised and seem like they don’t care.

We rented a car from their Springs Souk Branch on the 15th of April for 3 days. Gave the car back and everything was ok, they promised that the deposit on the card will be returned in 14 days or even lesser. Today is the 13th of May and the money is still not returned. Called the customer service up and they say they cannot do anything as this lies with their payment provider (apparently they cannot call them up and can only use email) How absurd is that. Asked to speak to a manager and whether it is morning , afternoon or evening all them are constantly in meetings- they promise you a call back but still no call back. Would sincerely advise anyone- pay a bit more and use more reputable rent a car companies.
