Worst car rental agency ive ever dealt with ! We had extra kms on the car upon return and i had asked a discount in the email Communication since we were renting for more than a year ! No one ever replied and suddenly after 2 weeks they take the money from my credit card without informing or giving me the chance to even pay by sending a proper link for payment . I called and complained and they said theyll get back to me in the afternoon ot mext day morning and till now i havent received any update from anyone and been trying to call them for several days with no answer at all . I also sent an email no one ever replied to the email . They have the worst customer service and they're only after money !

Horrible experience with the car return. Check in card mention minor scratches but they sent a repair card later citing different scratches and an extensive charge. Their staff at the time of check-in reassured that the scratch identified was minor and would not be subject to any additional charge so you can imagine the surprise at receiving a repair statement. This is just plain daylight robbery. If they were true and honest, the branch staff would have answered their phones or even had the basic courtesy to call back. They took over 48 hours to even respond to the email. Clealy, best in class services. I will be filing a complaint.

DO NOT BOOK!! we made an honest mistake booking before reading any reviews. Not only that they added extra charges after we returned the car but also 4 months after we still haven't received our deposit back which seems they don't even intend to return. No reply by phone, email or Whatsapp, just impossible to reach them. After reading reviews we understood it's a common problem people have with this company. Absolutely shocked by the situation. AVOID. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrific experience. The car I rented broke down three times, with the final breakdown taking over three hours to be addressed. Despite the obvious issues with the vehicle, I was still charged for fuel after they towed it away — an entirely unjustified charge given the circumstances. When I raised a complaint, I was repeatedly passed between team members, with zero ownership or accountability. This happened over the space of a month. After finally speaking with a senior staff member, I was promised a fair response and compensation, only to be told the following day that the issue was entirely mine — and no compensation would be offered. The lack of responsibility, poor communication, and dismissive customer service was appalling. It’s clear this company does not stand behind its service or customers. I never usually feel the need to write reviews, but this was such a poor experience, that I felt it important to warn other drivers.

this company is complete scam . We booked the car return and saw all the negative reviews from the website and canceled the booking and confirm they are going to refund me in 21 working days and that was in December 2024 and now is march 2025 and still no sign of refund . Return my money scammer

However, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding additional fees for returning the car to the airport. I was charged 40% above the original rental price for returning the vehicle to the airport’s designated return area. It appears that to avoid this charge, returns should be made to the Crowne Plaza Hotel instead—a detail that was not communicated upfront. Clearer instructions about return locations and associated fees would have been helpful to avoid unexpected costs.
