Car is clean and no worries on that part HOWEVER, regarding delivery and picking up, you can forget about being on time. They had 6 hours delay on delivery and collection. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you have no time constraint.

I booked a car with Dollar from 24 Nov to 2 Dec, but when I arrived a day early, the airport kiosk gave me a separate one-day rental and added personal accident insurance without telling me. I had already declined all optional cover for my main nine-day booking. I was also told I could keep the same car for the full rental, which turned out to be wrong. When I went to the Dollar office the next morning, I learned the unwanted insurance would have carried over into the longer rental too. The staff’s advice was inaccurate and felt misleading. While the financial loss wasn’t huge, it left me feeling taken advantage of. I chose Dollar based on good reviews, but this experience didn’t match their reputation. I hope the company addresses this so future customers aren’t put in the same position.

Worst service we are having bad experience with them they even do not know how to treat with there clients.
