I rented a car from Dollar for around 18 months, and I had a very positive experience throughout the entire period. The team was always responsive, helpful, and professional. Their policies were clear and transparent, and I never faced any unexpected issues or hidden charges. A special thanks to Rhubi and Tabish for their support and excellent service. They were always responsive, helpful, and made the whole rental experience smooth and easy. I’ve now decided to go with another option that better suits my current needs, but after 18 months with Dollar, I can confidently say they are one of the most reliable car rental companies in Dubai. Thank you to the entire Dollar team, and especially Rhubi and Tabish. Highly recommended!
