It's Ok generally. Been to a couple in Bradenton, Fl. Not a high end store but the employees do their best. Have to remember it's a dollar store set in old lower rent shopping areas. Will be back, give the employees a raise and a bonus.

Dollar tree being called dollar tree technically is false advertising. Nothing is $1.00 it's $1.26 and above.

Today I visited the Dollar Tree located in 97 Avenue and Flagler st Miami ,after made the line for self check out a woman identified herself as the manager , her name Shana/Shona , told me to go to register 5( with 4 customers in line) since I had too many items, I was next to pay , not a single signal clarifying the numbers of products for self services , since I expressed my concern and said it wasnt fair to do that she told me : you are frustrated , this is my store and Im in charge here and you will go there because I say so .... worst customer services and low class ever . Choose better your staff !!

I have applied to The Dollar Stores Company 2xs as a Manager in Ohio. I’ve had several interviews and they are so unprofessional taking 3months to decide to hire without communication. I loved working there in the past but most recently they are terrible. Update: I also want to acknowledge that my family is a military family and when a Veteran applies for a job and are told there will be follow up … yet when you reach out they reply, then over time just stop replying to your job follow up it is confusing and disheartening. I am not mad, I just hope this helps the readers experiencing the same. I also sincerely hope that other veterans are not also discriminated in this way at this company.

Dollar Tree has barred their shopping carts so they can not be taken out of the store at my local store, Camby Indiana. While I understand carts are thoughtlessly left in the parking lots to be lost, stolen and damaged, not even having an option made shopping difficult. After purchasing over $100.00, a full cart, some very heavy items, and carrying all to my car was not doable. I had to leave my paid-for items in the store, get my car and drive up to the store front, park in a no parking fire zone, and load my sacks by as many as I could, but still took about 4 trips in and out to my car! I think asking to have a couple of pay carts, or just a couple of regular carts available for large, heavy purchases is not too much to ask and is only right and fair to the customers!

I do not recommend purchasing any electronics at Dollar Tree. I recently bought a mini battery powered desk fan thinking it was good quality and an affordable price. I was wrong. Its airflow was less than average and in addition after 5-10 minutes of running time, the fan stopped working. I took it apart and found that motor had burned out. I will not buy electronics at Dollar Tree again.

March 6, 2023- I visited the Dollar Tree Store at 5600 Georgia Ave. NW., DC. I was shocked to witness a loud vulgar argument between a young female cashier and two older female customers. The cashier was the dominant force, disrespectful & non concerning. Saying she doesn't care about her job and she could get another. This made my shopping experience awful. No other staff including the manager did anything to stop her! I won't return.

I love the staff there especially Tanya She is always so helpful and friendly always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help you in any way as far as her manager I think her name is Suzanne she is very rude and In considerate to Tanya speaks to her very rudely and she doesn't deserve it Tany works very hard every time I'l have been in the store she is working doing something Never standing around or anything she's great as a cashier , cleaner , stocker She will do anything that she needs to be done ESPECIALLY CLEAN THE STORE She can talk and get people through line at the same time as for other employees there (she) they can talk but they can't ring your items at the same time , Tanya keeps me coming back to this store she always makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face no matter what kind of day she is having she never shows it or takes it out on her customers ,She is always greedy the people coming in the store and going out of the store ! I wish we had more cashiers out there like she is She is the best employee at this store as far as I see and I shop this store 2 to 3 times aweek just because of her great out going customer sevice , I hope she never leaves this store because if she does I will find another store to shop at , They will be losing alot of customers if she ever leaves !! she's the only reason I keep coming back to this certain Follar Tree THANK YOU TANYA YOU DESERVE 10 STARS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
