I have $1353 in my account. They told me I had to complete the three official tasks, and I did. I sent them a screenshot of all the tasks successfully completed. The mov ney is in my account, which is withdrawable.
But I'm having difficulty withdrawing this amount. When I contacted their support, they told me there's still one more task to complete. How is it possible that their platform confirms I have passed all three official tasks? Also, my account number is blocked. I have all the evidence to support my claim. This platform is called Dollar Tree.

Horrible
Horrible, DT charges tax on non table items. Management was RUDE when this was mentioned, we had an item we wanted to buy, they said NO, grabbed it from our hands and said I cannot sell it to you. Like WTH DT.

I am writing to express my extreme…
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unacceptable customer service I experienced at your Clay Street location in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Upon approaching the register, the cashier returned to her station displaying an extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no effort to provide even the most basic level of customer service.
I noticed a sign near the credit card machine stating that bags were unavailable. Since I had purchased several items, I politely asked whether bags were available so I could determine if I needed to retrieve one from my vehicle. I had to ask this simple question three times before receiving a response. When the cashier finally answered, she rudely stated, "We got bags." When I explained that I was only asking because of the posted sign, she responded with the same unpleasant attitude, stating that they had received bags that morning.
Throughout the transaction, her demeanor remained unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. She simply announced my total without any courtesy or acknowledgment. I also witnessed her displaying the same disrespectful behavior toward another customer who attempted to ask a question.
At the conclusion of my purchase, she abruptly asked whether I wanted my receipt. By that point, I was completely disgusted with the entire experience.
What concerns me most is the apparent lack of customer service training, professionalism, and accountability at this location. Customers should never feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome simply because they choose to spend their hard-earned money at your establishment.
I understand that employees have difficult days. However, personal frustrations should never be taken out on customers. A simple greeting, respectful communication, and basic courtesy are not unreasonable expectations. They are fundamental responsibilities of anyone working in customer service.
As a paying customer, I should not have to repeatedly ask a simple question, tolerate an employee's hostility, or feel as though my presence is an inconvenience.
Dollar General's management and corporate leadership should seriously evaluate the customer service training, hiring practices, and supervision at this location. Employees represent your company's reputation, and behavior like this reflects poorly on the entire organization.
Vicksburg is a community where customers have other shopping options, and experiences like mine are exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. I remained respectful throughout the encounter, but I can assure you that not every customer would have handled this situation with the same patience.
Because of this experience, I have decided that I will not return to this location. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment where customers are treated with such blatant disrespect.
I am requesting that this complaint be forwarded to the appropriate district manager and corporate leadership for review. I sincerely hope that corrective action is taken, including appropriate customer service training and accountability, to prevent other customers from experiencing this same treatment.
Customer service is not just about ringing up merchandise. It is about treating people with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this employee demonstrated none of those qualities during my visit.
This experience was completely unacceptable, and I expect Dollar General to take customer complaints like this seriously.

Ship to store order I waited 1.5 mo to be told its lost
Overall I really like Dollar tree, however my last (and final) order with them was a complete and utter disaster with zero support, zero responsibility and an incomprehensible lack of any form of professionalism. I purchased aprox $200 worth of merchandise in late July, part of which was to be shipped and part of which would be Ship to Store (8-10 business days) at the Arizona Pavilions location. I waited until after the delivered items finally showed up to call customer support about my ship to store order since i had received no emails about the order. I was told that the items had just been shipped and would be at the store on the following Tuesday. I called the store on
tuesday, they said they would know in a day or two. I finally got an email telling me that my order had arrived, so i went to the store, where no one knew what i was talking about. I received a call from the store manager a few days later, the one and only call i was graced with from Store Manager Darcy, which said they were still looking for the order. At that point i told her to take her time since i was having surgery the next week and couldn't do anything with the products until after. That was August 10th. between 8/10-9/10 I received n thing from
dollar tree, not my items, not an update, not a phone call, not an email, until something showed up in my email box...thanking me for picking up my order, which of course never happened. I then spent 5 days calling the store multiple times a day only to have it ring 25 times with no answer or for the line to be busy for entire days at a time. Today I finally gave up and called "customer support" where they informed me that after 1 1/2 months they had lost my order, no they couldn't reship it for me, they would have to refund. Absolute lack of responsibility, competence and zero customer service skills by every person involved in this disaster. So needless to say, I will never shop online with Dollar Tree again, they are not set up in any way shape or form for direct shipping to customers, to the point of abject incompetence. Their managers are utterly unresponsive, and customer service is non-existent. Its not saving me ANYTHING if all I get is 1 1/2 months of avoidance, ignorance and frustration with ZERO PRODUCT TO SHOW FOR IT. I would HIGHLY advise against using their "ship to Store" "feature" if you need to order bulk products, as they are genuinely not set up to deliver actual product to stores, and stores lack the competency to set aside customer orders from the regular store merchandise. It shouldn't be this difficult for them, but it absolutely is. Ship it via FED Ex or stalk the stores and just wipe them out everytime they put the item out on their own shelves. Just a miserable, unprofessional and infuriating shopping experience at this Dollar Tree, maybe other stores have their stuff together better, but I'll never risk it again.

Disrespectful Store Employee
I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at Dollar Tree Store #7704, located in Fayetteville, Georgia, on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m.During my visit, I was subjected to incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful behavior by an employee named Hope. As a retired sales executive, I understand firsthand the critical importance of building rapport, practicing common civility, and maintaining a high standard of professional customer interaction. A retail establishment relies heavily on the frontline behavior of its staff to maintain its reputation; unfortunately, this employee displayed none of those necessary qualities. Her conduct was entirely unacceptable and created an incredibly hostile environment.I expect a company of Dollar Tree’s size and community presence to address such behavior immediately. I request that this matter be reviewed by store management and regional leadership, and that appropriate disciplinary action or customer service retraining be implemented.

Unfortunate experience
I would like to start by thanking Penny and the gentleman working today during our visit. They did their best to help us and were very kind.
As for the other three women (one is a manager) working, we were shocked at how badly we were treated. These women were out front smoking today and last week when we visited. They clearly had no interest in helping us. They were argumentative, extremely rude, and made us feel very uncomfortable once they finally finished their cigarette and came into the store. Our goal was simply to order a product to be delivered to the store for pick up. I really hope they are identified and fired as they are not a positive representation of Dollar Tree. We will not be shopping at this store (Arvada, 80004) going forward.

A Veteran Harassed Over Spare Change
A Veteran Harassed Over Spare Change — Shame on This Dollar Tree
3428 William Penn Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA. I am a veteran and a paying customer, and what happened at the Wilkins Township Dollar Tree
was completely unacceptable. I spent over $20 on merchandise, walked toward the $0.75
bubblegum machine, and asked the cashier for change. She told me she could give me change
— simple, routine customer service.
When I returned to buy additional items, the manager suddenly decided to harass me. No
explanation. No professionalism. Just disrespect aimed at a customer who had already spent
money in their store.
This wasn’t confusion — it was targeted, unnecessary harassment. And it’s exactly why I will
gladly drive 100 miles to another Dollar Tree before I ever step foot in the Wilkins Township
location again.
Dollar Tree corporate needs to take a serious look at the management behavior at this store
