I shopped today at the store at 1433 Valinda Av, La Puente. Found the diabetic sox, cetirizine, giant wall calendar i needed at a good price. I hav 3 $Tree stores fairly close & have not had any negative experiences in any of them. I have noticed that sometimes they seem a little understaffed but manage. The stores are generally clean & well organized.

Always friendly staff. Offer help before you can ask for it. Go the extra mile by walking to the proper aisle to show you where the item is, rather than just saying something like, "Check aisle 5". Always friendly and courteous every time I visit. Never had a bad experience there (at the Camrose, AB location). This time, I asked the tall gentleman for assistance and he dropped what he was doing to help me. The till clerk Alissa was very polite and attentive to my needs. Thanks to everyone there. I shop mainly at store #40088 in Brantford and I have always received great and friendly service there. One employee named Dale, has always been courteous and friendly. She always greets you with a smile, and is very helpful. I give this store 5 stars.

The store was clean and well stocked with different merchandise. Patty waited on us at checkout. She was fun and made me feel like we were important. She smiled and laughed with us. It is good to feel our business is appreciated.

I find this chain of dollar stores much better than other competitors. They have a wider selection and prices are often lower. However , they are not sticking to their founding principle of dollar tree with most items should be one dollar. They often have friendly helpful staff. Perhaps they can try to reduce prices back to 1 dollar for most items?

I just want to say for the Dollar Tree location on Highway 74 in Indian Trail, NC. LATOYA-the cashier this morning was very patient and very kind to my daughter buying her two toys with her own money. She helped her not only count her money, but she properly showed her how the process works with paying in cash and giving the right amount of money back. She is one of the kindest staff members. Thank you Latoya for your blissful customer service and such a positive experience for my daughter. 5 STARS.
