When purchasing a cell phone..FORGET THIS PLACE ! These clowns WILL NOT REFUND your money even when when the product was never opened and 10 SECONDS AFTER THE SALE ! This includes when they pull the wrong phone out of the locked case and ring it up..WHAT A PUKEY PATHETIC OPERATION ! I SMELL A LAWSUIT APPROACHING ASAP..

I went to the dollar store located at 2140 W. Cleveland Ave. Madera, California. On Tues May 30. I encountered a sales associate stocking. I approached her and asked if i could use the restroom, she said it was out of order....Now, i don't know what is going on with the use of bathrooms by the public...Why do you lie ? Why do you say its out of order? Why don't you just say..."we don"t want to let you use them" It angers me tremendously to be lied to like a child. Everytime iv'e shopped there i hear customers asking to use the restroom ...and again..its out of order. One of these days someone is going to have an accident in this store

Ordered from them online late at night. As soon as I ordered I noticed the high shipping fee. Tried to cancel online but that was not an option. Called customer service first thing in the morning. The representive said that as long as it was not shipped it will be cancelled and I will get my money credits back. They shipped out the package FOUR business days later despite the cancellation request. When I received the package I called customer service they told me to go to a store to return it which I did. The manager caller customer service and I was told that everything is good and that I will get the money credited back. I Well I was credited some money back not all that I paid even though I returned the whole package unopened as requested by the customer service phone representative. They do not honor their own rules and their online logistics department is a disaster and if you buy anything online you cannot really return it or cancel it online or on the phone. This should not be happening in the year 2023.

My experience was the worst the store is in terrible condition. The floors are filty and the stock is on the floor and the store is a health hazard.

The Madras Oregon store is so filthy. Describing it as gross is understating the store's condition. Disgustingly dirty floors, no stock left, no lighting. I couldn't get out of that store fast enough. So gross I was afraid to touch anything left in stock.

They are super helpful very friendly and very kid friendly! The dollar tree in Cannonsburg Ky is the best most friendly down to earth people you will ever meet!! When they first opened few yrs back they were rude never smiled or even said thank you but now different managers and store employees and some or most of them treat ya like they have known you for years!! There one cashier my grandson loves here everytime we see him he says there is that man likes my country accent Mamaw! Thanks guys for stepping up and making shopping there fun!!

Dollar tree in Albuquerque On Coors remodeled and now it like a Family dollar. In the last two weeks they have no bags to carry out. Prices are like Family dollar. The end of a good store.
