The manager at dollar tree on charleston and upland was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. I wanted to exchange one item for exact same thing. She wouldn't let me do it. I wasn't asking for my money back,. I just wanted to exchange it for the exact same product but a different scent. I will never go back to that store because of how uncourteous and unhelpful she was.

I didn't appreciate hearing 2 male employees using lots of profanity. I wasmin the aisle looking for something, and instead of helping me, they stood there and had a conversation rooted in using the F word, along with other profanities. The cashier was too busy talking to the other employees to ring up my 4 items. When she had time, she finally did. I wasn't impressed by their behavior one bit

I shop at the dollar tree in King, N.C. Before they changed managers so much; the store stayed stocked pretty well. Now, sometimes it looks like they have been cleaned out most of the time. I do not think they have enough help most of the time. Other stores are loaded with stock. Hopefully; it will get better

Wonderful store manager at store on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. The managerLakisha was so helpful, and happy to help. The store was well organized and clean. I asked her if she was the manager because she looked and acted like someone who took pride and ownership in her job. She deserves a raise! She even helped me lug boxes of water bottes to my car and refused a trip!

Go to Dollar Tree for one item, end up buying more.. Find Great deals. With cost of living so high now, With many of us struggling like self, Dollar Tree is a Huge help.

Location 6730 Pines Rd. Shreveport, La. 71129 Suite 201 This Store Is Hazard Inside Because Of Box Products Align The Aisles Throughout The Store. Now It’s Become Progressively Worst Because Of What’s Happening At The Door Of The Store. For Over 2 Months Now, Dollar Tree Has Allowed Homeless & Dr*g People To Banter At It’s Location. These Individuals From Sun Up To Sun Down, Drink, Sleep, Beg, Cuss You, Threaten, Do Dr*gs, Relieve Themselves On The Ground & Walls Right In Front Of You, Harass, Sitting In Chairs While The Customers Are Coming & Going. As Of Yesterday I Will Not Be Going Back To The Place. It’s A Hazard!

I ordered 2 cases of 2024 Calenders on line to have them delivered to The Dollar Tree closest to my house in Grand Prairie,Texas.On Beltline and Pioneer. After waiting almost a month, I finally get an email stating they have been delivered and for me to go pick them up. When I went there, the manager said only one case came in, and that I needed to call their 1 800 number. When I explained the problem to the C.R. I was told all they could do was refund my money. I told her I really needed the product and could they at least give me a discount and have them shipped to my home? She said NO , THAT I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE FOR HAVING THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOME INSTEAD OF THE STORE! SHE SAID SHE WASN'T AUTHORIZED TO GIVE ME ANY KIND OF PROMOTIONAL DEAL OR DISCOUNT! So here I go ,having to RE ORDER my Calendars YET AGAIN AND WAIT ANOTHER MONTH!!!

I ordered a carton of 36 plastic containers w/lids on 7/21/23. On 7/27/23 UPS showed there was a label created. I waited and waited with no package delivered. I waited till 8/8/23 and called customer service. They saw that it was never shipped and refunded my money immediately. The guy with customer service was very nice and handled the problem right then. I checked later that afternoon and the money had been refunded. On 8/8/23 I ordered the same carton of storage boxes and on 8/17/23 they got delivered. I took off one star for the first problem, but they made it right on the second order. If a company will fix the problem immediately like DOLLAR TREE did, I do not have a problem forgiving their mistake. Mistakes happen. They made it right!
