I went to the dollar tree on the corner of dort n Atherton. Its the cleanest, biggest store EVER. The cashier Ashley ended up carrying my bags out. Super nice ppl. Super clean and GREAT selection.

I am pleased to see the new Manager making HUGE efforts to organize this store. Sadly, the customers are NOT good at returning items to where they took them from. I am also dismayed by the children who eat unpaid for food, leave wrappers or those who remove items from the packaging.

One lady at checkout, she was nice, patient. In all my years of shopping I have never saw such a dirty floor, It looked like it had a substance stuck all over the place, food gum who knows? Also it had a toy spider which someone could trip on. Little pieces of trash. I hope they get someone in to clean this. It was truely horrible, and I think actually if they don't clean it the Health Department can fine them.

I worked there for 6 weeks. My heart broke for all the Assistance Management and staff. It was fun and time flew by, the staff members were kind and hard working. But it was difficult to watch. Underpaid. I was told dollar tree is "generous" $13.50 is not generous, it's bare minimum, 10 miles west the stores have to pay $15.00 has Chicago requires. So it's bare minimum work force too. 2 to 3 staff in store. Clients can and do walk out with merchandise. The cameras are fake. Staff get called out for doing voids on register because they believe we cheat somehow. The Chief Officers make millions each year, while treating staff like lower class minions. The Assistant Mamagement (2 young hardworking adults) are in charge of bio hazards and must keep bathrooms clean at the end of the day. A public restroom that really should be cleaned by professionals on occasion. Management can't expect a set schedule either. Dollar tree runs their life and they both had EBT cards. Dollar Tree makes millions of the backs of hard working people but don't feel those people are worth a living wage. Greedy takers! I would not recommend working there to anyone I cared about. It was guite demoralizing to witness how takers treat serfs.

I have been a customer at this store, located at 274 Eastchester Drive, High Point, NC for many years! Never have I been disrespected like I was by the manager!! She is very rude, loud & laughs when she is offensive to customers or employees! Her excuse is that she is from New York so just take her as is & go on because she doesn't have time to be bothered!! Also, she reversed her name tag so that her name is not shown! This makes it harder to make a complaint against her when she shows out! When I entered, I put my bookbag & a store bag, double tied and folded over in the cart! She very loudly and hatefully told me to put my things up front! Supposedly, I could only carry a pocketbook, which I didn't have! Also, there was no guaranteed supervision for my bags & the area was open to anyone! The problem with that was that my keys, tablet, wallet and cell phone were in my bookbag! My leather coat was on top of the store bag! She said it wasn't her problem if it got stolen! She also laughed when she said that! I told her that I could laugh too but the situation was not funny to me! I left the store because talking to her was like talking to someone from the hood! She's not worth the confusion! After I got an iced coffee, I went back - without bags- to try to resolve the issue! BIG MISTAKE!! She said that she was the only manager that I could talk to! Also, it was very busy so I tried to be respectful and asked to call later! She said that she would not talk to me on the phone, either! She rang up 2 customers & shut her sign off, leaving one cashier to handle multiple customers! She said that we could talk but she was still very rude & wouldn't listen, constantly over talking me & being an excusably loud, drawing unnecessary attention! She got offended when I tried to explain why I was keeping my book bag with me! She shouted angrily that she knew the difference between a book bag and a pocketbook and told me to just leave because she didn't have time for this! She never listened long enough to resolve so I took a huge sale somewhere else! It cost a little more than I wanted to pay but the management was much better so it was worth it! I doubt I will ever be back at that store again!!!

1502 West Chester Pk, West Chester Pa. Dollar Tree. This store just opened a few months ago, boy where do I begin?! Shelves are bare, no stocking happening because day manager is too busy on her phone with ear buds in. Not just her but the guy cashier that checked me out was on his ear buds too! No hello, and shook his head when I told him I have the exact change and pulled out my wallet. Literally shaking his head!! Unbelievable rude!! Then I stood there for almost 10 seconds and finally said I need my bag, he never said a word and placed it on the counter. Couldn't even have the decency to hand it to me! The entire time he was on the phone with ear buds in. I will never go back to this store, there are so many other Dollar Stores in the area to choose from. The manager is to blame, too busy on her phone, not friendly and letting this new store go to the ground already! Disgrace! Getting paid to social all day on the phone!

Your brand-new Dollar tree at 1502 West Chester pike West Chester, Pa This new store is going to run down hill fast because of this manager. register guy is talking on his ear buds on personal calls, no hello, Have a nice day nothing just busy talking on his hidden earbuds on company time. The Manger is just as bad as him Store shelves are not full etc...etc....Never again will I shop at this location again I will let others know He can't even remember to hand you your bag.
