RUDE new manager and employee 627 E Bidwell St Folsom, CA 95630 As a manager she helped me partially, (went to get my online order from the back room) then had her employee finish up with my exchange. Only to have that employee not listen to anything I needed explained. I’ve been a Folsom resident for 25 yrs. I’ve shopped this store for as long as it’s been open. Never treated as rude as I was last week. Manager comes back to void my entire transaction as rude as can be because I didn’t have time to shop/exchange for the exact amount. I failed to get names however I’ll be in again this week and the names will be provided. Sorry to say but if a manager and her employees are as rude as her they should work somewhere with no personal in store customers.

Dollar Tree 322 Sutton Rd. 35763 I bought 17.84 worth of items on Sunday 10/5 2023. When I checked out, I kept getting a card read error. After several attempts, I gave up and asked the cashier to punch in the card number. She said she didn't know how, so I left the items at the register. The next morning I checked my account and It showed the transition went through. I went back to the store and the manager said there was glitch in the system and said I would have to call customer service. I've been jumping through hoops for two days and I still haven't talked to a human. I will never shop at Dollar Tree again. It's not the money it's the principle of it all. I'm only out 17.84, but It could've been a lot more

There are so many empty shelves in the Norritown, PA store. I feel you are in bankruptcy and cannot afford to stock your shelves. Today there was absolute no paper towel, no toilet paper, no bleach, no dish washing soap, no bleach and no ajax. I went to a second store in Trooper but I did not go inside because there were no cars parked in the parking lot which indicated to me that people stopped going there. Actually Walmart has less prices than your stores. I will no longer to to your stores. I will continue to write negative reviews until you call me and apologize for my wasting my gas.

It’s been 10 days and they still have not shipped

Store 5089, Clinton, tn. After reading some of the reviews I am grateful for the employees at this location. The aisles are crowded when a truck delivers but is cleared by the next day. Employees are helpful and friendly. The checkout lady, Janice, always welcomes us and tells us goodbye have a nice day. The shelves are stocked and the employees will search for an item if a customer cannot find it. I understand where the negative comments come from. I have been in other DT stores and have witnessed firsthand the complaints made here. I am glad the store I frequent has great employees. I love our dollar tree.

I am so done with Dollar Tree. I had a problem with them this past Easter and now Halloween. My husband bought too many Halloween decorations. I had him take a few of them back on 10/27, four days before Halloween. They would not refund his money, as it was “too close” to Halloween. We had just bought them on the 24th or 25th. That’s just ridiculous! This past Easter (at the Dollar Tree in Ozark) I had bought a little toy to put in one of my grandkid’s Easter basket. When he opened it, it would not work. I tried to take it back a few days later. They wouldn’t return my money, saying there are no refunds on seasonal items, period. Not even broken ones. I’m going to stick with Dollar General from now on. It’s actually closer to home. I’ve never not had them refund my money on anything. If you have a receipt, DG will take it back, pretty much no questions asked.

THIS REVIEW GOS TO DOLLAR TREE STORES IN MADERA, CALIFORNIA ON W. CLEVELAND AVE AND E. YOSEMITE AVE CASHIERS ARE VERY RUDE AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION THEY SEEM TO BE MISERABLE AND HATE THERE JOBS. BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS "OUT OF ORDER" WHEN YOU CLEARLY SEE STAFF USING THE RESTROOMS. WHY DONT YOU STOP LYING, PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR AND JUST SAY YOU DONT WANT TO OPEN THE BATHROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS..BUT JUST DONT LIE AND SAY THEY ARE BROKEN. THE STORE ON OLIVE AVE ALSO IN MADERA ALLOWS YOU TO USE THE BATHROOM SOMETIMES BUT THE REST ROOM SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN SEWER WATER...CLEAN THE BATHROOMS MY GOD!!

Rude male cashier this evening in Lavale, MD. You don’t greet the customer and are holding a conversation with someone else during the transaction and not even a thank you. You have snotty attitude and should work in the stockroom only. Do better with your cashiers, Dollar Tree!!
