I have been to this DT lots of times and I know the person I am talking about is the mgr, however, I'm not sure if her name is Heidi ...but, that is what is written on my receipt. She was the only checker...then another checker came and she left...but, she went to the register behind us...instead of telling me she would take me next to this other register....she just walked away and went to the register and started checking out someone that should've been BEHIND ME....so, the lady in front of me was having issues with her CC and I went to "Heidis" register......while another customer got there before me....the lady at the first register finally got her card to work...instead telling me to come back to THAT register......that cashier just walked away.......I'm not surprised about the attitudes and personalities of these employees.......It seems that this is the new NORM for America.....everywhere you go. From Fast Food to DT to Walmarts etc.......It's not just DT......but, somehow I think if you actually were good enough to get the position as MANAGER.....you would think that they would do a better job and an example for their employees........

I just walked into the Dollar Tree in Ringgold and it is freezing in there. The workers are dressed in winter attire and when I asked them about it they said it's corporate. They have no control over the thermostat and the ac is on. One of them touched my hand and their hands were like ice. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I don't want to shop in a place that's burning up or freezing. I can imagine trying to work in it. If they wanted an outdoor job making more money then I'm sure that's what they would have applied for. I think they should lock the door and walk out and go home for their safety due to the weather!

This is like the fourth time that I have come to Dollar tree where it's before 8:00 like literally 7:47 one time 7:30 7:45 they're closing at 8:00 already which is already earlier than any other Dollar tree in this area and it's very inconvenient for the people who live on the North side of town you guys probably miss out on like a good thousand dollars because you close at 8:00 instead of at 10:00 or even 9:00 but not only that they're closing even before 8:00 and they're like literally standing in there laughing and like you know carrying on and like just ignore the customers when they're standing at the door I mean 8:00 a little bit early for Dollar tree to be closing you know you think it's the only Dollar tree in this area that closes that early come on get some better employees who want to work and make a a buck cuz the ones you have right now just want to get out of here clothes are ready they don't care about the customers you know but to me is actually ridiculous that they're closing at 8:00 and it's only store doesn't even close at 8:00 come on get it together

(Conclusion at the end if you want to get to the point lol) I live in California and I just feel like every dollar tree I go to is just the best, sometimes you find things that you might not like or don't work as well as the other stuff that aren't cheap but I guarantee most of the time you will find gems. If you want to know some of the gems of dollar tree, I got you! These gems could be the toothbrushes, hair ties and clips, toothpaste, All-purpose cleaners, bathing stuff like loofas, exfoliating gloves, soap but I prefer the bars of soap, and etc. If you want to find some wipes look in the baby section of self-care and get either the unscented or 99% water wipes because those are the most safest(regarding skin irritation if you have sensitive skin) and best working wipes for cheap. In conclusion I have to say Dollar Tree is an amazing store, it has helped me during financial times, gave me amazing times with friends, and will always be my favorite store :)

Iola Kansas has the dirtiest store we have been in. Was there at 11:15am. Shelves were horrible, freight was thrown on the shelves, floors were so disgusting(looks like they had not been swept or mopped in months. Noone welcomed us or spoke to us.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND EVEN WORST ONLINE ORDER OPTION. 》On 12/13 I sent a message because I was having the following issue: Online pick up is a joke, extremely ridiculous. I placed an order on 11/10, confirmation email said it would take 7-10 days. Didn't receive any updates. On 12/1 I finally received an email saying the order was ready for pick up. I went to the store that same day and the employee told me my package didn't arrive. I asked why I received an email then. She said she didn't know and that I needed to wait till the following Wednesday 12/6 for truck day to see if maybe my order would arrive. I asked how I will know as I already received the email. She said they would call. On 12/7 I received another email reminding me to pick up the order. No one called me so I started calling on Friday 12/8. On 12/11 someone finally answered and she said: 'I can't check right now, there's nothing I can do about it'. Today 12/13 I called a few times till someone picked up the phone. I said I was waiting for a package and she automatically said is not there. I explained it wasn't from this week. She still says they don't have it. I asked how does she knows without even checking and she said because the names are unique. Just unbelievable! That's why I kept calling to no waste my time and money . Because of this situation I have lost money because I didn't have the product needed for my business. Thanks for nothing Dollar Tree.《 They replied: Hi Lenni - We are very sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with your online order. Please share with us your order number and contact information, so that we may have this addressed. Thank you. I sent my info and as of today 12/22, I haven't received any follow up. I really think that 9 days is more than enough for you to get back to me. This is beyond disrespectful. I expect a refund to my account within 24 hours

Staff is very rude and like to argue with the vendors in front of customers And the store is at 300 Wyckoff Ave in Brooklyn rats be in the store and they put back opened food and sell it for 50 cent costumers complain about that and yet they still do it.
