Ordered shoes on 7/13. Charged my credit card on 7/19. Never shipped. Reached out to customer service on 7/24, they told me it would ship within the day. Never shipped. Reach out again, told they never had the item in stock. They offer to cancel immediately and thus refund me. I accept. A week later, still no cancellation. I reach out AGAIN, and they tell me they can't refund me until they cancel the order. I ask ONE MORE TIME and they still said they're waiting on cancelling the order. I could wait an eternity and they'd never cancel it. I ended up resolving the issue through my bank, which sided with me and refunded me immediately. It became apparent to me they were never going to cancel my order or refund me, and were quite content with stealing my money. Deceitful and duplicitous business practices. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

What a sham if you are Canadian do not order from here!! You will not be able to return the shoes they keep saying their label system is down call back later!! They say to do it on the website but their website says to call customer service- customer service says do it on the website - all lies to not return and refund product.

Very unprofessional and poor service. I ordered a pair of shoes on July 3rd and immediately received a text confirmation. My card was charged and I hadn’t heard anything else so called on July 15th and was told my order would be expedited. Two days later I receive an email apologizing for my cancelled order and saying my card hasn’t been charged (a lie) and offering 20% discount on a future purchase. That’s a hard NO! I had to call again to request my refund. Very disappointed!!!

I have many if these shoes… didn’t buy direct from their site. Ordered a pair of mules early June …realized I never received and pinged customer service. Shared a FedEx pic where it showed only a label had been created - item was never picked up and entered into FedEx. Literally went back and forth with their team and told they had to research… What is there to research- item was never shipped Asked team to ship or refund Kept getting a runaround Finally escalated to PayPal and they got me a refund So dissatisfied with this companies customer service experience So unacceptable

Be aware there's a website using this company name that is a SCAM! dolcevitaaustralia.com I'm New Zealand based so decided to order from the "Australian site". I bought a pair of boots a month ago and never got an order confirmation, tracking number or anything! I have sent them several emails and of course I haven't got any answers. Then I decided to email dolcevita.com and they stated they have nothing to do with this site, so lost $155 :(

I placed an order July 1, 2024 and instantly changed my mind. Tried calling within the 20 minutes as indicated on the website to cancel the order but the business was closed. I also eventually decided to send an email. I decided to call as soon as the business opened to cancel the order. Upon getting someone on the phone, I was told that it was already processing and nothing could be done. I then received an email in response to my email advising that someone had already resolved the issue. I responded advising that it wasn’t resolved and explained how I reached out as outlined on the website. Received a response advising that the order was going to be canceled. It never was and I had received shipping information for the shoes I did not want. I now have received the shoes and I’m being forced to pay $4.95 for a shipping label to return them.. I should have never received these shoes and shouldn’t be paying $4.95 to return them.
