The item took a long time to arrive, when it finally did, it did not suit me and the neck was too tight. I requested to return it. I was told if there is not a fault with the dress you cannot get a refund. You can exchange or buy something else. As there is a size guide. How do you ever know if a dress will look right on you until you try it on. Please be aware of this policy!

Had these boots for a couple years. Worn rarely as i live in Florida. Took a trip north and started seeing debris on floor. Finally realized inside of boot fell apart. Sent pics to company and they said sorry too old for them to do anything. Awful.

I agree with other people's problems with this store. I have placed a couple orders lately. The first didn't have one shoe in stock which I was told about way later. Why was it just not listed at out of stock on their website? My second order was placed just under two weeks ago with no mention of shipping/processing so I contacted them and got the same bs everyone else got... Something about them not being in the warehouse yet, not processed blah blah. I was promised I would get an email last Friday or today Monday but of course I did not. If it weren't a sneaker I really wanted I would have just cancelled my order but I'm hoping I'll get it (I have had other orders get fulfilled). But this store is so disorganized and deceitful it's a joke.

Very hard to return. I really love the design of the shoe wear 9 normally in their products. They say true to size but that wasn’t the case. I had to reorder pay twice and wait for my return label. Called and no one could help me with sizing so hoping a half size up will work questioning if I was sent the correct size but there is no size on the actual shoe.

Horrible customer service. First and last time purchase. They sent an email that purchase was shipped, to track click ‘here’ which would automatically send you for tracking information.. didn’t work. Called customer service the agent sent tracking numbers additionally commented in the email stating that order was out for delivery- garbage, checked Canada post website their information said at that time ‘electronic information received from suppliers’ . 2 days after was when Canada post picked up with estimated delivery 7 days after which I can understand as purchase is coming from British Columbia to Toronto Emailed a follow up cummication to Dolce Vita and what they did was to block my email..

Returned the boot Elyse H20 due to a defective zipper, better quality control is needed. However, I would have returned, nonetheless. The boot is stiff, chunky and feels too heavy when on. Quality of leather is def lacking. The shaft is wide and does not hug the calf. If you have a wide calf, perhaps this would work for you. I should mention the return process was seamless, so two stars for that. *Not able to leave a review on the website, so had to come here.
