Placed an order 8/30/24, I have called 5 times now and sent two emails. When I ordered the sneakers the site said they were in stock. No shipment and I just called again to get a refund. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I now have 5 Customer Service names and not even sure if they are real. What a shame. I hope they get their act together. I will respond when/if I get a refund.

I'm a good Dolce customer- I had to make a return and it was a nightmare. The system didn't recognize the order number, then i get on a chat and they tell me they will send me a return label in a few days???? I ask for a supervisor and wala! I immediately had a label! Such BS. Im sure they were hoping I wouldn't end up returning. NEVER buy from DV website- their customer service is horrific.

By far the worst purchasing experience. Placed an order 9/3…. Never received the shoes almost a month later. Called customer service about 10 times to find out where they were. They kept saying they shipped or were waiting to be shipped but nothing ever did. Finally put a stop payment at my bank. Total scam. Stay away.

Ordered a pair of flats on August 31, received confirmation and my credit card was charged on September 7. When they still had not shipped by mid September, I reached out. I was told they were at the fulfillment center and would ship in a day or two. A week later, no shipping confirmation. I reached out again and was told they had low inventory and a high order volume for the flats and they wanted to make sure they could fulfill the orders (mind you, the website shows all sizes still available so you’d think they’d mark things as sold out if they were having trouble fulfilling current orders). After another week, I reached out again and asked them to cancel the order and refund me, they said they couldn’t do that because it’s at the fulfillment center and out of their control. Beware of ordering from this website!

Love their style. I currently have 4 pairs and I love every one.

Cute Fisherman shoe! I wanted to love it, but te top strap is too tight. They stated “leather” and synthetic on the top portions, but no leather feel at all. It feels worse than plastic. Will keep them since I don’t want to pay for return shipping and re-stocking fee, but may just try and re-sell them.

Overall its a very cute sandals, i looove the color, the design is so simple and elegant, the adorable heels a perfect height. The first thing i notice is that glue can be seen and theres a scratch on the heels. Ive research reviews about dolce vita after this sandals arrived today… and im shocked that theres so many bad reviews because i have high hopes that this sandal has good quality and not cheap.

They systematically do the same thing. I bought a product and they sent me another one, smaller and cheaper. They tired me out with their lousy customer service that only promises and does not deliver. Terrible experience.
