I bought a black handbag for my daughter, 5 months later it was falling apart. I sent photos asking them to please send a replacement or fix it. Their response was that too much time had passed to return it. I have the emails sent back and forth, the photos I sent, I’m shocked! I will never purchase from them again.

Really poor… Service, really good and friendly. Food, foul… so, I thought I would give this place another chance with my son. I ordered something simple, a pizza with chicken and red peppers. My son had spaghetti Bol. Pizza, the sauce was tinned tomato’s with a tiny bit of bazil(and I mean a tiny bit). I picked up a slice and the whole topping slid off, the base fell apart and was a soggy mess. Spag Bol, pasta was over cooked and like jelly.sauce again had no substance, no flavour, watery and was over salted. Again, it was like they simply put mixed herbs and tinned tomatoes in as the sauce with a lot of salt. The meat was not separated and clearly frozen, as it was tough, it was still clumped together as it was when it came out of the packaging. I would avoid this place completely. Neither of us ate our food… so I had to cook when I went home. Again. This place has extremely poor quality food.

I love Dolce Vita. I read all of the reviews on here. I am kinda shocked, honestly. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them. 1 was from a store, sneakers. Another pair of sneakers from online store. 1 gorgeous pair of heels. I absolutely LOVE mine. I find them to be unbelievably comfortable. It's so rare for me to find a 7.5 pair of heels that fit perfectly. I had no problems with orders or shipping. I never had to return anything or contact customer service. From what I have read, I hope I never have too.

I only wore their sandals one time and they broke on me. I try reaching customer service to get some resolution on the matter but was completely ignored. Their quality does not match their prices.

Worst quality clothes I ever received. All mashed up as if they were ordered at Ali Express for 1 Euro each. DON’T ORDER HERE

Very hard to return. I really love the design of the shoe wear 9 normally in their products. They say true to size but that wasn’t the case. I had to reorder pay twice and wait for my return label. Called and no one could help me with sizing so hoping a half size up will work questioning if I was sent the correct size but there is no size on the actual shoe.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very, very long time! Ordered shoes online, and when I receive them, they didn’t fit. Drove an hour to the store in Metrotown to return them and only found out that they don’t accept in-store returns!!?? Same brand, this seasons, completely ridiculous, and archaic customer service! The girls in the store were very nice. I did tell me that they have a lot of people complaining about this… Then I have to wrap the shoes, print a label, take it to the post office, and pay 10 bucks to send it back! First time and last time ever purchasing there, though, I love the shoes and think they have some great styles, it’s not worth the hassle that I had to go through! This company needs to do better!!

Order sneakers a month ago. No communication, no sneakers and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
