I purchased a pair of boots and they were too small. I exchanged for the next size up and the boots fit but were taller (length). I called to get them returned and they are charging me a restock fee of $12.95. They didn’t offer for me to try another pair and had an “I don’t really care attitude.” If they were providing premium customer service they would have made suggestions but they did absolutely nothing! Why would a purchase another pair of boots from them?

Terrible experience. Each boot had scratches on the leather ....I returned them immediately and had to remind "Dolce Vita Canada" a number of times to send the refund .... DO NOT BUY . LOOKS LIKE A SCAM WEBSITE.

I thought I was buying directly from the shoe company that sells at Nordstrom, etc. This is a junk site that sent me the wrong item, then charged me $5 to return their mistake! Don't buy here.

Horrible customer service. First and last time purchase. They sent an email that purchase was shipped, to track click ‘here’ which would automatically send you for tracking information.. didn’t work. Called customer service the agent sent tracking numbers additionally commented in the email stating that order was out for delivery- garbage, checked Canada post website their information said at that time ‘electronic information received from suppliers’ . 2 days after was when Canada post picked up with estimated delivery 7 days after which I can understand as purchase is coming from British Columbia to Toronto Emailed a follow up cummication to Dolce Vita and what they did was to block my email..

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered as a long-time, loyal customer of Dolce Vita. Recently, I purchased two pairs of shoes, both of which unfortunately dismantled after just a few times of wearing them. I greatly appreciate that the first pair was replaced at no cost. However, the replacement pair, too, turned out to be defective. This experience has left me disheartened, especially considering my loyalty to your brand over the years.

I bought black ones at a local department store. The black dye transfers to my feet, clothing, etc. But super cute.

Returned the boot Elyse H20 due to a defective zipper, better quality control is needed. However, I would have returned, nonetheless. The boot is stiff, chunky and feels too heavy when on. Quality of leather is def lacking. The shaft is wide and does not hug the calf. If you have a wide calf, perhaps this would work for you. I should mention the return process was seamless, so two stars for that. *Not able to leave a review on the website, so had to come here.
