I will never order from this company again, they are MORONS! They obviously don't believe in Customer Service, but I am not paying for something I never received. I should have read these reviews before ordering from this low-class vendor/Company. The CEO is in for a rude awakening!!! I never received my shoe/order --as they decided to deliver to another address then wanted me to resolve their problem---um no thanks I even rec'd an email from them saying they delivered to the wrong address-which I suspect was on purpose because they want to charge you for an extra shipping charge--which is probably pocketed by the CEO---can't wait to find out who this is!!! another moron trying to run a company!

I have loved their styles and shoes for a while. I bought a pair of the summer Zina sneakers which arrived in June. I looked at them in the beginning of October, and I own and wear other shoes, and the soles in the back at the heel are worn almost through the bottom to my feet. I contact customer support who were incredibly dismissive. I think that $160 sneakers should last longer than 3-4 months. It is not as if they were running shoes, which do last longer.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly and in a good area

I placed an order with Dolce Vita on the 3rd September. A week later nothing had been shipped, but the money came out of my account immediately. I got in contact and honestly think I’ve been back and forth with around 12 different customer service people saying my order will be ‘shipped as soon as possible’ or the order has been sent to the ‘correct team’. 5 weeks later it still hadn’t been shipped and looked like it was never going to be. So I finally asked for a refund - they had the cheek to not even give me a full refund. They have not refunded me the shipping fee, even though my order was never shipped!!! Atrocious. I would never order from this company again. Their customer service is a joke. Really disappointed.

Bought Dolce vita loafers with platform shoes. Only worn twice and third time i wanted to wear them one shoe had collapsed on the back. Would cost 100 dollars to repair so about the same price i bought them for. Basically it cost me 60 dollars time wearing them. This brand create cute shoes with very low quality. The value of the shoes i got is not more than 10 dollars. Lesson learned.

I wish I could give the a zero. there return policy is terrible they do not respond and not helpful at all I will never order from this company again ZERO STARS

Waited over two weeks for an order to ship, only to find out after contacting customer service that the item wasn’t actually in stock. Why was I able to order it in the first place? And why did I have to reach out to find out?

Update to my last review. The dress I ordered was nothing like the photo. It was made of cheap material, all wrinkled and looked like it came out of a dumpster. I finally got the return instructions and it has to be returned to China. Customer pays. Or I can keep it and get a 10% refund. This is a scam. Don't buy from them!
