Received my order in terrible condition. It arrived in a too big of a box with no padding inside. There was only a strip of tape that held the box together. Shoes looked scuffed and the box the shoes in were not secure. They also never sent me a copy of the tracking confirmation email. I had to wait for it to magically show up. They told me I cant return my item. Not a final item sale so I’m not sure why they said no. Never once in their terms of services did they say they couldn't return a full priced non final sale item. I tried calling and all they said is “We are sorry but we cannot help.” I emailed them pictures and photos. They even admitted they forgot to send me a confirmation email! When I asked for more questions they told me they were done with me and to dispute with my bank. It was a gift for a friend but honestly I am just gonna go on Steve Madden or something.

This company has some big time issues with customer service and with order fulfillment. I placed an order with them June 20th, 2023 and didn't receive it until today. It's July 11th. It sat at their warehouse for WEEKS before shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to reach out when the package had been sitting in their warehouse for a week (per the tracking) and they assured me it was on its way. They just straight lied. Shoes are fine but the shipping logistics are atrocious!!!!

Dolce Vita did not ever ship the sandals I ordered. They would not cancel the order and now I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is now going on 8 weeks. Do not trust them

Very disappointing experience. 1st my order took 2 weeks to arrive, without any explanation or notification of shipping. 2nd, Due to a extenuating circumstances the new shoes I ordered were not able to be tried on until after their return window. When they could finally be tried on, it was discovered they are too large, so I requested an exception to their 30 day return policy. The shoes are in perfect never worn condition. I was going to order again after the return, however due to their lack of care & consideration, I will not.

Unfortunately I must have ordered the wrong size. I thought I ordered a 5.5 and my order got submitted as a size 8. When I tried to do a return their site said it was a final sale. I just wanted to exchange for the correct size and I was told I could not do that. People do make mistakes!

This company is absolutely disgusting! Trust the reviews! I ordered a Balenciaga jacket 6 weeks ago. They gave me the run around and still haven’t sent tracking info. I called my credit card company after they stopped responding and got my money back. Save yourself the trouble and hassle!

In November, I had a formal work gala, a maternity photo shoot, and a baby shower, so I decided to look for some footwear that I could be cute but comfy in. Found them at Dolce Vita. I ordered a pair of boots at the end of October for the shoot/baby shower, and their FAQ section states that for $24.99, shipping to Hawaiʻi takes 7 days. I paid the additional $24.99 only to be royally screwed. They gave me an arrival date of 11/4, and it did not arrive until after November! I also ordered a pair of heels right at the beginning of November, which gave me an arrival date of 11/7 and the heels and boots came in at the same time. I contacted their customer service team to ask how this could be remedied as I paid $25 for shipping that should only have taken 7 days, and they were ZERO help. Basically told me that it would get here when it got here, and they would not give me a discount or anything. Eventually, they blamed the problem on me for entering the wrong shipping address (which I did not). I would be so embarrassed to work for Dolce Vita. They are a terrible company and I will never trust them again. Not surprised to see they don't have a stellar rating on Trust Pilot.

Really terrible craftsmanship, customer service, and shipping promises that weren't met. I ordered a pair of $140 boots -- but the rest of my order totaled almost $300. The boots came and the bonding was so cheaply crafted that the siding of the boots started coming off after 3 weeks of having them and only wearing them twice. I reached out and they said that it wasn't a manufacturing error -- how is this possible? Moreover, my order said "guaranteed 2-day shipping." I was traveling at the time and the order took a week. I had to pay extra to extend my stay so I would receive my package.
