This place has awful customer service and gives me really bad vibes. It’s on me because I did not do my due diligence before placing an order so I hope this helps someone else! Listen to these reviews! But I placed an order and didn’t get any shipping information or anything for over a week, so I reached out to cancel the order as I got bad vibes and it hadn’t shipped yet. Normally this is no problem. They forwarded my request to the proper team (?? Why are inquiries not sent to the customer support team?) which they said would take 3 business days? In that time, I got a shipping confirmation despite me asking to cancel it. So now if the order actually ever arrives, I’ll have to pay the return service… I’m guessing that’ll be an awful experience as well.

I don't like writing negative review but I owe this loyalty to all future customers. I didn't check the reviews until after I placed my order but I convinced myself that I would be among the 2% of satisfied customers. NOT!! I had to cancel my order, started to get the same runaround but thank God that my payment was via a third party so my money was refunded. They got to clean up their process, something isn't right.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As well for context, I'm a Canadian customer. I ordered a pair of boots on October 2nd and received the incorrect pair of boots. It took 3 weeks to receive a return label after multiple follow ups as they claimed their return label system was down. They also said they would ship me a replacement pair but when they "did" - the tracking number never updated and when I followed up on this issue, they "realized" this specific pair sold out and they marked my order as unfulfillable, resulting in nothing in my hands after weeks of back and forth. These boots were in stock when I ordered them. The most inconvenient part of this experience is I had to go through hoops to return a pair of boots that I was sent by them "by mistake". Just like everyone else, I would avoid shopping here again. They need to fix their fulfillment issues, return process, and display accurate stock availability on their site. No pair of shoes is cute enough to cover these issues.

I agree with other people's problems with this store. I have placed a couple orders lately. The first didn't have one shoe in stock which I was told about way later. Why was it just not listed at out of stock on their website? My second order was placed just under two weeks ago with no mention of shipping/processing so I contacted them and got the same bs everyone else got... Something about them not being in the warehouse yet, not processed blah blah. I was promised I would get an email last Friday or today Monday but of course I did not. If it weren't a sneaker I really wanted I would have just cancelled my order but I'm hoping I'll get it (I have had other orders get fulfilled). But this store is so disorganized and deceitful it's a joke.

Like all the other comments, I too have had a horrible experience with Dolce Vita. Do NOT order from them - I am starting to think they are a bunch of scam artists. Why take so many orders you cannot fulfill? Then they give you some automated response about how they are having logistical issues at their warehouses so orders take longer. Not my problem and you should be forthright about that from the beginning! Then instead of offering any sort of solution, they just tell you that they can't provide any additional information. They even had the nerve to tell me that it is too late to cancel my order because it's been processed... YEAH RIGHT! I ordered over 10 days ago and there has been no movement whatsoever. BEWARE

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so excited to purchase from this store and researched the reviews on the fitting of their product. Two of three of the items did not fit and tried to return inwhich I was informed it's not eligible for exchange and now I'm stuck with a almost $70 product that I cannot use and was advised to try and sell it...really! Outrageous! They just lost a loyal customer who really admire their product and will share my experience to not purchase these products. Ridiculous

After waiting three weeks for my order to ship, I contacted the company only to be told that they were having problems with their distribution center, but that my order would be shipping out within a day or two and delivered to me by the end of the week. When that did not happen, I again contacted the company only to be told that I should now cancel my order and that basically the previous customer representative was misinformed and basically told me a bunch of nonsense. The casualness behind their go to solution of me now canceling my order is just out of touch with good customer service. Although DV collected payment, my order sat from the moment it was received with them fully knowing that the item went out of stock. They failed to communicate any information as to my order’s status and certainly did not communicate that it would be difficult to fulfill. There was no offer of an apology for the inconvenience. And the barrage of subsequent emails trying to have me purchase additional items should have been halted if they were struggling to ship a simple order. This company needs to get their act together. There are knock off versions of their sneakers floating around, but I was willing to pay more to purchase directly from the company to hopefully get a better product and better customer service, my mistake I guess! Be cautious if you purchase from this company! If your order is not fulfilled pretty quickly then be quick to cancel and get a refund because in all likelihood it is never coming and they are content to sit on your money while you just wait weeks on end.

Awful fulfillment and shipping. This has happened twice now. The first order I placed was July 7th and was never shipped and I didn't get my money back till August 12th. It took several emails back and forth to get my money back. Against my better judgement I decided to give them another try. I wear a size 13 shoe and there are not alot of options for cute shoes that large. The second order I placed was on October 11th and it is still now currently sitting unfulfilled with very little help from costumer service. My fellow large footed girls don't bother with this company! Go to Rothy's, Steve Maden, or Long Tall Sally. I have learned my lesson and will not be placing a third order!
