DogVacayReviews of dogvacay.com

I'm glad I found DogVacay when I was looking for a dogsitter for my fur babies, I was finally able to take a vacation after 2 years! When I decided to be stay at home, I signed up to be a sitter for DogVacay and it has been great so far. My dogs get to socialize with other dogs, and I'm glad I get to regulate which dogs I'll be taking care of. I definitely recommend this service to others!

I have nothing but positive things to say about your 5-star company! I am so glad I found dogvacay.com for my dogs. The best invention! I have had several wonderful dog sitters I have used to host my westies on dogvacay.com. I have also been a host on dogvacay.com and love every minute of it. Additionally, the customer service is so fast and efficient, the times I have called with questions or problems. The reps are always happy to listen to my suggestions or issues and always resolves them. All in all, a great company to work with and will continue because of it! Thanks Dogvacay!

I had been dog sitting at my home for years, but never had enough clients to keep busy, but thanks to DogVacay I am busy all year long. I consistently have people requesting my services. There customer service is also excellent. I could not be more pleased.

Dog Vacay really cares about the host and the guest. If their is issue they take care of it immediately. Dog Vacay is a fantastic option to kennels. They offer several tips and articles to educate the host, which helps the host to be a better host. I cannot say enough positive things about Dog Vacay .

DogVacay has been great to work with and have responded to my inquiries fairly quickly. I still think that the pickup and drop off times should be built into the site so it makes it easier for the hosts to know when to expect the dogs.

I have had a wonderful experience with DogVacay, and would recommend it to any dog lover who is interested in making some extra money. All the booking, payment, and insurance is handled for you, and you get to play with the dogs! You can set your own schedule, and they are always available for help if you need it, and you get a real person on the phone, not a machine.

I have been using DogVacay for a little over 3 months now and have had a great experience so far. I've met many wonderful dogs and dog owners and my own dog is very happy with the new friends. Concierge has been very fast at resolving any issues. The two times I have called, I was able to speak to a person straight away instead of listening to voice recordings and being put on hold for an hour. The support was great, and this was a huge factor into my continuing to use DogVacay because I want to know that in case of emergency, I'll get the support I need right away. I use the android app and it was a little glitchy at first but with the update, I've been able to use it with no issues and have been able to communicate with people and book easily on my phone. The one improvement I can think of is better screening-both guest and host dogs. I want to know that the dog(s) my dog is interacting with is really up to date with vaccinations, is spayed/neutered, and doesn't have any aggression issues. I realize that each dog is different and some sitters are willing to sit dogs with aggression problems or sometimes the owner isn't even aware of any problems, but any effort to mitigate a dangerous situation would be great. I think any additional fees or hassle would be worth the peace of mind. Otherwise, I'm very much enjoying the service of being able to have my dog watched by someone insured and not having to worry that he'll get stressed by being stuck in a kennel all day.

As a dog sitter when there are issues the administrative team assists in a timely fashion to resolve issues.
