DogVacay hooked me up with an experienced couple in the dog sitting business. They were amazing folks & our Luke took to them immediately. He stayed for an afternoon playtime & an overnight - and they had another dog there who he just loved! Luke came home happy and thoroughly tired-out ... clearly he had a wonderful time. I highly recommend DogVacay, as it provides thoroughly vetted & reviewed folks you'll want to trust to take the best care of your pet!

2 huge things have really made my experiences with Dog Vacay pretty tough: 1. Sitter availability: The sitters should really keep their calendars on their profiles more accurate. I always look to see if they are available on my date, plus they show up in my search results when i have my dates plugged in....but when i request the sitting, they respond they that they are not available. It would save a ton of time if their calendars were accurate...and they didn't show up in my searches if they really are not available. 2. Responsiveness: Some of your sitters are great and sweet....but technology challenged. Even though when i send a request with all details, dates, etc...they respond with those questions as if I forgot them. So i'm not sure how the request shows up to them, but it seems i end up doing a lot of repetitive briefing on the request. Also, sitters should be required to respond within 8 hours. 24 ours is sometimes too long to wait before needing to know if we need to make other arrangements.

Used Lenora in Odessa 3 times now, everytI me is awesome as usual. Can rest assured my buddy is being well taken cared of and can enjoy my vacation. They give him his twice daily meds as well, and they give him daily attention and not just lock him in a kennel like a boarder does. Will continue to use them!

Recently I was traveling with my dog, I became quite ill and had to be hospitilized. I was very worried about my dog, as I knew no one in the area I was to be hospitilized in. I did a search on DogVacy and found a wonderful woman to take care of my traveling companion. She was so kind and great to my dog. Her home was perfect and nice fenced yard! I don't know what I would have done without DogVacay.

DogVacay is an awesome dog boarding service. Much better than your traditional dog boarding business because your dog gets much one on one attention and play time with other dogs, generally crate free and picture updates.
