Before DogVacay, we were boarding our Gracie in a kennel. Then we found Carolyn and Vince thru DogVacay and we are so happy with the difference! Gracie used to be excited to get to the kennel but seemed so stressed when we picked her up. No more. A home situation is just perfect for her, and we know we've found a great solution to finding excellent care for her while we're away.

My host had a catastrophic flooding in her home and had to cancel the night before my trip. Late that evening, she emailed me via DogVacay and DogVacay sent another email too. However, NO ONE called me to notify me that I needed to get another sitter. I did check in the morning just hours before I had to leave. When I called the sitter, she said that she was told that DogVacay would reach out to me since she was battling a flood. She would have called me but counted on DogVacay. When I called the company they tried to push it off on the sitter. My fiduciary relationship is with them. They also mentioned that it was late at night... precisely the problem. I had limited alternatives. Luckily, I found a friend to sit my dog. Someone reliable.

I called dog vacay on a recent trip to Carlsbad. It was on fairly short notice and they came through with flying colors. I had an excellent dog sitter was able to provide today's of care so that I could spend two days at Del Mar racetrack doing non-doggie play. I will use them again whenever I need short-term pet care and pet sitting.

Only have experience with two dog walkers but both were excellent. Very friendly and kind - my dog liked both of them immediately. One stayed in my home for 3 days while I was away and the house was immaculate and animals well cared for upon my return. Highly recommend DogVacay.

I was traveling with my dog and was able to secure a spot for him in Chicago through DogVacay. It was so easy and the gentleman who took in my dog for the night was fabulous. I highly recommend DogVacay for traveling pet owners.
