Difficult web page, I was unable to figure out how to edit the minor error on my shipping address

Can't give it 5 stars yet because I just got it and it hasn't seen the field yet. Upon opening I really liked how well built it felt and how slim it is. Good collar for the transmitter. Easy operating and ideally enjoy the bag thay came with them. I was a little nervous about the collar fitting my female because of her small size, 42lb lab, but it for very good and still have room to adjust. Also fits my male lab, 84lb with a huge neck. The only thing I can see so far that could make it better is if there was a switch to keep the LCD screen on at all times so you can see the level. Very happy so far and can't wait to get it on my dogs in the field.

Customer service agent was surly, misdirected me, and I wound up purchasing the wrong product. She informed me that my e-collar's warranty would expire at the end of the month but that it would take up to 5 weeks to replace the batteries on the receiver and collar and by that point the collar would be out of warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. This is not helpful. I then asked for the model numbers for the batteries, I received the correct model for the collar and the incorrect model for the receiver. I like the product but the service could use a LOT of help.

Great products and videos. I did extensive research before buying a collar and truly believe that Dogtra is the best. I own two different collars.

Smooth transaction. I only wish there had been a way to track the merchandise to know when to expect it to arrive.

I needed a replacement part for a training collar and it came promptly and in good shape. Would definitely recommend!
