Fast delivery, product arrived as shown (collar for electronic device). For a previous order of an electronic training collar, I must say these collars are very durable. One of my dogs drowned earlier this year while wearing his e-collar. His body was submerged for several months in very cold water. Then it was drug out by a large carnivor and consumed. All that was left was his ID collar, his e-collar and a few bones. When I got his e-collar back, I charged it and it still worked after 5 months in outdoor conditions which included the submerssion, rain, and snow. I highly recommend these collars for durability!

Very pleased. They called to verify purchase as my shipping address is different than my billing address and the collars were received two days after ordering. Exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Quick & helpful service. They let me know I did not need express delivery so charged me less and it came right away.

We purchased a 12 volt car charger and 3 antenna's (dogs used old ones as chew toys). Order came quickly and we revived exactly what we ordered.

Ordered a $9.00 item, and it cost $8.00 to ship it.............ridiculous!!!

Straightforward and easy, online and call center. I called customer service to confirm I selected the right parts online for charging my T&B setup. We've used Dogtra products for about 15 years. Awesome product for Setters. Recommendation: provide an ETA window for delivery for online orders based on selected option and cut off times for quick ship methods (maybe I missed it?)

Received our new battery immediately. Great Service and it's a great collar. Our girl only needs the occasional page to remind her not to jump on people but she behaves better when the collar is on even if it isn't charged. Lots of settings on this collar. It has been well worth the money.

Excellent !!!
