Outstanding service, prompt shipping.

Talked to customer service rep about my current system not working well. Asked if new system had same limitation with the range advertised or does the range deteriorate with elevation change and tree cover. She said I never heard of that. Well it’s right in the manual. Overall disappointed in the quality from Doctor. After just over a year two major repairs and now has to buy a new system

So far I've not yet received the transmitter I ordered to replace my lost one. I'm giving this five stars because, once I realized I could possibly replace it, I went to the site and it was really intuitive. I'm hoping the item comes as ordered.

5 stars I would rate Dogtra. The collar we purchased 7 years ago was an easy way to train our cockapoo and now our Labadoodle. We live on a lake, no fences and our dog learned the boundries within a week. Plus, we never used the shock bottom, just vibrate and it caught the attention and trained our dogs. I recommended it to everyone who has a dog.

Dogtra products are excellent but their service is better. If you need parts or new batteries, their website is easy to navigate. If you need help, they are easy to get a hold of and if you order the wrong item, they are quick to provide a refund. Love them!
