Very accurate tracking. Haven't tested much distance yet, but it seems to work very well. Battery life is excellent, at least 24 hours of use (A full day of being on the dog). So far so good.

Well organized website, easy and efficient.

This is my 2nd Dogtra. The previous one lasted 7 years. The 1900S is better in several respects: longer range, better battery life, better collar. Best of all is the "pager" feature. My dog responds to the buzz and I don't have to zap him. I will probably only have to use the zap for major issues like breaking up an out of hand dog scuffle.

I ordered a 280C directly from the Dogtra website. During the checkout process, a prompt appeared asking if I wanted to add a cable splitter so I could charge both the transmitter and receiver at the same time. Not realizing this is included with the 280C package, I added this to my order. The website should not prompt me to buy something which I'm already receiving as part of my initial order. Customer service did not apologize or offer to send me a prepaid mailer to return the extra cable splitter. I believe Dogtra makes high quality products, but I am annoyed by their website programming.
