Ordered the dogtra ball launcher/dropper in the afternoon. The product shipped the same day with free shipping option. Excellent product and customer service.

Very fast service but a little hard pricey and sometimes the new remote is not working even once I sink it to the collar

Ordering was was easy but almost 2 weeks and haven’t received product. Got an email right away that is shipped with no tracking number and nothing since other then an invoice in the regular mail.

I've used Dogtra for years, and no other e-collars come close. They're built sturdy and very reliable.

Charger cable failed after less than 3 years with light use.

The collar was easy to use on my dog and she has responded very favorably to it. In fact, just putting it on her now she follows commands and her bad habits were gone in just a few days. I only use the vibrate button and that's all it took. Great investment and I highly recommend it!
