After incorrectly ordering additional item by accident they called me the next day and verified my order. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Also we have a dogara for one of our dogs that we received from k9 training center and it is fabulous. Tried another popular brand from pet smart and was deeply dissatisfied with the performance and recharge time and decided dogara was the besr!!!

We have used the same Dogtra 280 for over 8 years. Yes batteries need changing every 2-3 years but for dependability you can’t beat Dogtra

I had to call Dogtra back for shipping confirmation for an order I had just placed. The call holding process was very annoying and the lady I spoke to wasn't very friendly. It almost seemed I was annoying her and it was an awkward exchange of dialogue. I will buy a Garmin next time just so I don't have to feel that uncomfortable just to talk to someone to resolve an issue ordering replacement batteries.
