Mailing of the product takes an extremely long time!

I purchased my Dogtra collar for my first dog who would bolt anytime he went outside. I went to a trainer to learn how to use the collar because I'm just not a shock person or a person that makes their dog OBEY them. He was crazy when he would bolt and it was just so dangerous I had to do something. This is where I landed and I was so so glad I did. I trained with the collar so he knew what it was for and one weekend we went to a cabin and were just arriving, it was winter and pitch black outside. I knew I'd never find him across the frozen lake in the dark and I wasn't confident he knew how to find his way back. I hit the collar and called him. Nothing. I hit it again and set it to constant and called again. He appeared at a dead run right to me. That was the last time I had to shock him. After that I only had to page him. In fact he didn't run away after that, he stayed right with me. That dog passed away in 2016. The collar has been in a drawer for 2 1/2 years. I have a black lab mix now that is well trained, but loves strangers so much and gets so excited he won't listen. I'm able to take him to work with me, but as you can expect a young lab jumping and crowding clients isn't acceptable. He's been gently shocked a few times, but now a simple page brings him right back to his mat next to my bed. I originally purchased the Dogtra collar in 2004 and now in 2019 it still looks and works like new. Such a good investment - Thank you Dogtra for making such a reliable collar.
