Very happy with our Dogtra training collars and their customer service.

Was instructed by customer service to send in unit for repair when we noticed the volume dial was inaccurate. (The unit is less than 2 years old and used infrequently.) Notified a week later that technician recommended several additional repairs (including battery and antenna change) and that none of it was covered under the warranty. Customer service representative was rude and cut me off when I tried to say that I didn't want all the repairs. Will not buy another Dogtra product as they do NOT stand by their products and customer service is poor.

I bought Dogtra's Obedience Collars #1902S previously and I'm buying them again! I only have one Doberman now but I like having 2 collars so I can charge one while the other one is in use. There's a 2 year limited warranty on them but my first set lasted more than 5 years! Before buying Dogtra I bought 2 other kinds of Obedience Collars, neither one worked appropriately which made training a nightmare. I will only O-N-L-Y buy Dogtra products now.
