Blake listened and gathered the history of my situation asking appropriate questions to ensure the right solutions. We collaborated together on how to move forward to ensure the safety for our beloved dog. Thank you Blake...your advice, and plan of action and compassion is so much appreciated. And thank you Dogtra for understanding the necessity of safety and keeping us pet owners well-informed!

Fast and professional respons to my unit being sent in for service. Total professionals.

I originally called in on Friday because my collar was not charging. I spoke with Brianna first. She was exceptional in helping me troubleshoot my collar. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my other dog, and when I was supposed to call her back, I was unable. I called back today and spoke with Tyler. I Briefly explained the situation and he remembered my call from Friday. Tyler put in the order for my splitter cable. Both were amazing customer service! One of the best people I have spoken with in a long time. They both showed they love helping people, really helping people! Even when I explained to Brianna on Friday my other dog had a bloody nose (going through cancer treatment currently) she expressed her empathy towards me and hoped he was feeling better. (he is by the way) I truly appreciate the great customer service from them. Please give them a raise! As everyone I spoke with in your company shows in their voice they love their job.

I have been using Dogtra products for more than 2 decades. Dogtra has been successful keeping costumers only having them as an option when in need to repair making it necessary to send in collars for their expensive and long period repairs. After we had to wait months for repair of a couple of units they claim that we failed to send a unit back. They provided the label and I have no way to track info as te tracking went to them. They sent the amount they say I owed to collections who reported me to the credit bureaus. The amount for which they ruined my credit is $129. They have nothing to support their claim and act smug about it. Decades long costumer. $129. Their mistake. My credit ruined.

Hands down the best customer service. There is zero BS. Less than a 5 minute call to resolve my issues. Shaun was so polite and accommodating.

I’m so blown away by the excellent customer service I received from Tyler N! Thank you so much for helping me out 🤠

I purchased a Dogta Pathfinder 2 collar 6 months or so ago and I ran into so trouble with the GPS not connecting. This was a hefty purchase and I was about to find out if Dogta stands behind their products. I reached out to Blake @ Customer Service when I was doing research on the GPS collar and he was very helpful answering my questions. When I reached back out to Blake when experiencing issues, he was quick to send me a UPS label and make the repair transactions quick and smooth. A week later I received the collar back and was able to put it back into use on my Husky. I highly recommend doing business with Dogtra and Blake is an excellent asset to your company. Thank You, Dan
