Just ordered my girl the harness and accidentally forgot to order the named tags. Sophia was very responsive to all my questions and helped me get the tags coming. BeBe loves the harness. It makes our daily walks so much easier on her neck. Highly recommend.

Love the harness and lead. My dog no longer pulls when I walk him. Harness fits great. I'm getting a new puppy and will be purchasing one for her in just a few months.

This is a warning about Doggy Kingdom's no pull harness. If you buy this harness for walks around the block, it’s probably fine, but if you intend to use it in a vehicle restraint system, it is unsafe in my opinion. But, don't take my word for it. Go to the Center for Pet Safety site, and observe their tests. The buckle is nothing but a standard quick-release buckle (contrary to what the site says) and these are notorious for failing under dynamic loads as would be experienced in a car crash or sudden stop. Under such conditions, the best-case outcome would be injury to your dog's throat, or worse a broken neck or decapitation. Do your research. Also note that the majority of the harnesses they tested that failed were supposedly tested safe by the manufacturer (another misleading claim by this company's advertising). There are also no returns; they will just give you a discount on more merchandise. And finally, as noted by others, it will take forever to get you harness (also contrary to their advertising). Don't be fooled like I was.

Received our new no-pull harness as advertised. Looks great and is well built. Our dog loves wearing it and is very comfortable for him. The large for our Springer Spaniel (50#) fits him, but he might be able to wear a medium as well.

We loved the bold, unique, strong harness we bought for our large dog at Christmas 2019. But in about 6 months of regular (not rough) use, the stitching came out and the metal ring that holds the leash to the harness came off. I believe it looks like the stitching may have failed on this one during manufacturing. It happens.... I reported this problem immediately to DoggyKingdom.com since we always need our harnesses and I was hoping they would expedite a replacement. Although the people (including Mary) I chatted with agreed about the claim, I never heard anything from the company about a replacement, other than 'it's in the mail'. After more than a week of waiting I had to replace the harness from another store. I don't like it as much but it works fine. UPDATE: I am pleased to say that a Doggykingdom harness replacement finally arrived last week after more than two months. We are grateful to have it I also decided to change the tone of my original post as it reflected more my frustration with the situation, than reality. In summary, this is a great harness that will likely last your dog for a long time. In the event it does have to be replaced, expect it to take some time.

There are many thing that you not find it easily at the store. Good quality. Good prices. I love it. It's took a little bit time to arrive, but i think it's happening cuz the coronavirus. The carrier are working slowly every where.

As with other people on here. The customer service and shipping are huge issues. Along with the fact they pay people to write positive reviews. I have been in contact with customer service multiple times in over the 2 months since I ordered my 2 harnesses and portable drinking bowl. This is what I get for shipping 2020-06-26 05:47:05CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS 2020-06-25 22:07:20SHIPMENT ARRIVES IN US 2020-06-25 04:17:35CHINA, SECURITY CHECK IN PROGRESS 2020-06-24 11:52:50CHINA, CUSTOM CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS 2020-06-23 21:20:05YIWU, CHINA, SHIPMENT SORTING 2020-06-23 11:38:20YIWU, CHINA, CJPACKET HAS PICKED UP THE SHIPMENT I have called US Customs and they said any orders like this clear within 24 hours even with Covid-19. Absolutely LOVE this harness! My guy has stopped pulling, and the piece of mind I get from knowing my phone number is on there is unmatched.
