Hi there. I really enjoy the product. Thank You. For me what is more important is my experience with DoggyKingdom following receipt of the product. I sent photographs of some heavy wear after an awfully short time with one of the harnesses. I received an extremely quick and efficient response that acknowledged my issue, confirmed my shipping address and resolved my issue. It is always the customer service that inspires loyalty with a business. DoggyKingdom earned my trust and I will highly recommend its products and customer service to other pet owners. It does take an awfully long time from the order to delivery though. I would mention this in your marketing so purchasers are prepared. Thank you again.

We had a enjoyable1st walk. It was wonderful not to worry about the leash getting caught in between her legs. Not once did she choke. Nala and I really enjoyed our walks.

I've still not received my order Way over due. The tracking number they give you is worthless. It just says in route. No estimates as to when you might receive the item. Only a recording when I call. No real person. Getting all kinds of e-mail from them to order more stuff when I can't even get an answer on the one I still don't have. Very poor response and shipping is a joke.

Although I had to wait almost 9 weeks for my parcel to arrive -- it was so worth the wait! The harness is much better quality than any of the harnesses I have tried so far. I love that it is personalized for my puppy. AND, it did make walking her much easier. Customer service was excellent also.

The two harnesses ordered for my wife’s and my 2 dogs arrived on Sunday. We’re very impressed. They’re easy to put on and to take off. We leave the leashes on when we remove the harnesses after our walks. And we especially like having their names and our phone numbers on it. Larry

This has been the best purchase we have ever made. From the moment we put the harness and leash on our husky it was a game changer. She walks sooo much better now. And she no longer pulls us like she used to. Thank you for such a great product. It is well made and is the best harness and leash we have ever tried.
